J B Postle & Son Ltd is a family run, independent, high street electrical retailer who are proud to be part of Euronics UK.
Our three branches are located in the bustling North Norfolk market towns of Aylsham and North Walsham and the seaside town of Sheringham.
We have served our local & surrounding community with top quality electrical products at competitive prices and an efficient friendly service for over 96 years, since 1923. It was the passion and dedication of John Baden Postle, the founder of the business & his son John that has been passed on to his grandchildren who run the business today.
All of our staff are knowledgeable and pride themselves in being able to find the right product to suit your needs.
At J B Postle, we offer a non-stop service from the minute of the initial enquiry right through the whole lifetime of the product. We are able to offer you spares and repairs through our extensive after sales service. We also offer a Price Match service on a like for like basis, contact us with your enquiry.

New loft digital tv antenna and booster/splitter.
The engineer was very professional and efficient. With excellent knowledge of the job I had no problem agreeing to his recommendations.
His work process was very methodical and where practicable removed any mess made.

Our TV screen was pixelating frequently. John, the engineer came he explained that the satellite dish had moved. He put it back to its correct position. He also explained the alternatives if we continued to have problems with the dish. He was very polite and arrived at the allotted time. We were very happy with the service we received

I needed some advice regarding a new oven, due to some complex issues when originally trying to buy one elsewhere.
My experience with J B Postle of Aylsham was first class - from the advice, information provided on progress before delivery and then to the delivery and installation.
Kieron and Dave who delivered and installed were fabulous - careful and considerate. They explained everything and even gave me some advice on other matters I needed help with!
After installation, I received a phone call to ask if everything was ok - how often does that happen nowadays?
Highly recommended company and I know where to go in future!

Work was required on a very old cooker where the parts are no longer available. The guys from JB Postle were extremely helpful in modifying new parts to fit the old appliance. It saved having to change the kitchen to incorporate a new cooker.
I would highly recommend the company. Those who attended my property were respectful and polite, they were happy for me to ask questions and did not hesitate to explain the issues and what could be done to fix the appliance.

We are very pleased with the new dishwasher. The fitters were excellent and careful to get everything right. They were pleasant and made no mess. Excellent service!

New TV installed in our master bedroom due to my reduced mobility. Despite not being able to hang the new TV on the wall, John understood what I wanted and he offered a better solution that what I could have anticipated. Thank you for your perseverance John and enabling me to watch TV from the bedroom.

New washing machine installed and old appliances taken away. Installation was completed quickly and professionally with an explanation of the washing cycles. There was no mess and the delivery men were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and the friendly helpful service is something that makes me go back to Postles for any new appliances we need.
