Toilet failed to work. So asked plumber to repair it. Arrived earlier than stated which was excellent as I needed to have repair done as quickly as possible. Sorted out problem very quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with result.

Replace washer on the two taps in the kitchen, the two taps in the bath, and the two taps on the washbasin in the bathroom. Replace the float valve in the cistern. Work was well done. Dan knows his subject well and is very affable. I would use him again.

To resolve a water hammer problem. Dan called as back promptly and made an appointment to do the work within 2 days. He had and wonderful attitude and made us feel we were in capable hands. He was very patient with my elderly relative, who was very impressed with how quickly the work was done. I will definitely use Top Dog plumbing in the future.

Replacing s-bend and associated plumbing under the kitchen sink. A pleasant, well organize young man who has replaced a muddle with property fitting parts - a considerable improvement.

Mending leak under sink re applying mastic round sink waste, and overflow checking, plumbing on washing machine.
I contacted Dan on a Saturday, left an answer phone message. He phoned me back promptly giving a time and price. He arrived when he said, carried out the work in a competent and professional manner and explained what he had done in detail.

Fixing a leaking tap. Called back quickly to set up visit fixed tap quickly, didn't make a mess and explained the work that needed doing.

Tighten up the waste pipe start to finish 10 min no materials used.
I was a little shocked to discover labor charges equal 200 per hour! this was not an emergency call out. I felt the firm to be genuine and may recommend to a friend. But advice they get a quote first.

We had 2 jobs done by Dan.
1st one regrouting of shower and new plug in the sink and clear out pipes.
2nd job - replacing showers seat and disconnecting work. Very happy with work done and we called Dan back for another job.
Really glad we know him as he does the job quickly and cleanly and very helpful and professional.
