Repair of very old high level cystern. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Was able to attend the same day and did an excellent job.

Plumbing for new bathroom including moving drains. I can’t specify the exact cost as it was all organized by the company designing the bathroom. It was a complete renovation & extension. Daniel did all the plumbing for my new bathroom. He was always punctual, reliable and extremely pleasant. When I had a slight problem with the pipes Daniel came back & changed it for me at no extra charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Daniel if I required any more work.

Changed float value in cold water storage tank. Sealed gland nut on stop tap under sink. Very pleased, job well done.

Emergency call out on behalf of home serve on a Sunday evening to resolve a burst pipe. Top Dog Plumbing were the first and only firm available and prepared to come out at 8pm (to 10.30) on a Sunday evening to repair a leaking pipe. We are 22 miles from Norwich but he came and did a thoroughly professional job, in a pleasant and cheerful manner. The charge (for labour and parts) was in my view very reasonable. I was delighted and would happily recommend their service.

Assessment of condition of filter housing and consideration of how it should if at all, it should be replaced. The plumber listened carefully to me, offered options as to course of action, advised on likely issue to be explored with. Manufacturer / supplier and left me to decide on how to proceed.

We have 3 toilets all in varying slates of disrepair. Top Dog Plumbing were brilliant. Arrived early on the agreed day, very polite and professional.
