We are a local, independent plumbing company based in Taverham and proudly serving customers across Norfolk.
Specialising in small plumbing repairs, we handle everything from re-washering or replacing taps to full bathroom remodelling or whole-house plumbing installation. No job is too small, and we always aim to find the most cost-effective, long-lasting solution for you.

Assessing position of "stop tap" in each of 4 flats. Dan was understanding of a situation in which each of us had been "panicked" by a flood in one flat and needed assurance that we had means at hand to deal with any further problems.

Replaced pipes under kitchen sink which had been leaking very slowly for weeks. Very happy with his professional, polite service. Turned up at time he said he would. Will definitely use him again.

Emergency call out to repair leak in bathroom. Dan was able to attend on the day and looked at, found the source of and repaired our leak quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and professional service.

To replace 1 leaking radiator valve.
To replace leaky ceramic kitchen tap washers. Daniel was a very polite efficient young man. He returned my call promptly and came at the given time. He carried out all the work well and was neat and tidy. I was very impressed with his quality of service.

Plumbing for new bathroom including moving drains. I can’t specify the exact cost as it was all organized by the company designing the bathroom. It was a complete renovation & extension. Daniel did all the plumbing for my new bathroom. He was always punctual, reliable and extremely pleasant. When I had a slight problem with the pipes Daniel came back & changed it for me at no extra charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Daniel if I required any more work.

Emergency call out on behalf of home serve on a Sunday evening to resolve a burst pipe. Top Dog Plumbing were the first and only firm available and prepared to come out at 8pm (to 10.30) on a Sunday evening to repair a leaking pipe. We are 22 miles from Norwich but he came and did a thoroughly professional job, in a pleasant and cheerful manner. The charge (for labour and parts) was in my view very reasonable. I was delighted and would happily recommend their service.

Assessment of condition of filter housing and consideration of how it should if at all, it should be replaced. The plumber listened carefully to me, offered options as to course of action, advised on likely issue to be explored with. Manufacturer / supplier and left me to decide on how to proceed.

We have 3 toilets all in varying slates of disrepair. Top Dog Plumbing were brilliant. Arrived early on the agreed day, very polite and professional. Very thorough in making sure each toilet was flushing correctly. All work was completed in good time and for less than we were quoted over the phone. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.
