Changing cylinder on kitchen top. Dan called at the time be promised, told we what the alternating were and what they would not and promptly carried out way preferred solution.

Fixing a fault in our toilet cistern including charging a large part of it. (Job done July'18 but forgot to fill paper work in) There was a slight issue before the start of the job as he couldn't come on the afternoon promised. His van was in the garage, and wasn't finished by the garage in time. He came the following day. Happy with work completed.

Replace bathroom tap supply and fit x2 washing machine check valves, check internal stop tap, ensure shower works and heats. On time, pleasant, professional.
