Change washers on six taps. Four were very old and not easy to work with. Very relieved to find somebody who dealt with an old lady in such a pleasant manner and didn't charge the extra.

Replace bathroom taps x2. Fit new washer to mixer taps in kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the work done and am relieved. I now have an excellent plumber when I need his services.

Replacing fluid plaster dump valve and push button in toilet cistern. Dan fitted me in at short notice to repair non-working toilet cistern. Very impressed by attitude, workmanship and price. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

New shower attachments, tested water temperature as previously running too hot. Checked central heating and boiler. Prompt response, friendly but professional and explained everything needed to know. Would certainly recommend.

Assessing position of "stop tap" in each of 4 flats. Dan was understanding of a situation in which each of us had been "panicked" by a flood in one flat and needed assurance that we had means at hand to deal with any further problems.
