We are a local, independent plumbing company based in Taverham and proudly serving customers across Norfolk.
Specialising in small plumbing repairs, we handle everything from re-washering or replacing taps to full bathroom remodelling or whole-house plumbing installation. No job is too small, and we always aim to find the most cost-effective, long-lasting solution for you.
Where possible, we support other local businesses by sourcing our materials from independent merchants.

Fixing a fault in our toilet cistern including charging a large part of it. (Job done July'18 but forgot to fill paper work in) There was a slight issue before the start of the job as he couldn't come on the afternoon promised. His van was in the garage, and wasn't finished by the garage in time. He came the following day. Happy with work completed.

Came to look at electric shower if it needed replacing. Did not need replacing. Young man came at time arranged. Through examination of appliance and decided it was all ok. Very polite and fair. Asked him to do an after job in a couple of weeks time. Not at all pushy, very knowledgeable.

Replaced waste unit added a fall under kitchen sink. Very prompt visit- Visited an hour of my phone call, as promised. Dan was very polite and explained the problem clearly. I all very impressed with the service.

Replacement internal stop tap in kitchen. Dan was prompt in his response to my phone call and arrived at 8 AM the following day.

Old kitchen sink and taps removed and replaced with new. The young man was punctual and worked hard all the time he was here.
He was polite and answered any questions that we had.
When he left every where was clean and tidy.

Replacing drinking tap separately from soft water system. Replacing heads to normal taps (sink) to correct dripping. We obtained the drinking tap through Amazon, so costs were purely labour. No suitable tap available from local stockists.

Removing and refitting a new cloakroom basin. We supplied basin and fitting and when the waste did not fit, plumber quickly bought a replacement. Very easy to contact, turned up on time. worked efficiently and calmly, even locating water tap in the snow. Work completed on time. Tidied up and hoovered at end of job took away all rubbish. Able to pay on credit card! very reasonable charge for four hours.
