Business Information
We are a family-run business based in Wendling - a lovely little village near Dereham, Norfolk, about 18 miles west of Norwich. Our business was established in 1995, and through hard work and attention to first class customer service, we have grown to become East Anglia’s leading supplier and installer of oil tanks. We also carry out rerpairs, servicing & installations of oil fired boilers.

New tank installed & re-positioned. New base installed. Polite engineers, very helpful. Have had to call TRS back due to boiler not working. May need bleeding due to airlock or water. TRS returning Friday 11 July to solve problem.

Replacement oil tank. Removal of faulty plastic tank and cutting up to facilitate removal from site. Fixing new steel tank 1300 litres. Work was carried out to a very high standard - very efficiently - with no problems and no mess. Operatives very pleasant, who obviously knew their jobs.

Remove old oil tank & plinth. Install new tank in different position. Trench dug for new tank to boiler pipe line. From quotation to job completion and payment on the day, the service was absolutely excellent. The installation team (2 men) were particularly good; polite, professional and a credit to the company.

Late arrival of workmen queried twice by ourselves - a phone call from the office. Would have been less frustrating. Would negotiate on cost for any future work to be quoted. Other wise v.good.
