The agreed start date was put back 2 days due to alleged ‘illness’ which we were told by the man was not the case.

Having contacted their office and explained where I wanted the tank positioned and marked this on the ground. This information was not passed on and so the tank was initially in the wrong position and we then had to request it to be moved. There appears to be a lack of comprehended by those doing the selling of what the work involves.

Install new oil tank. Fast service and helpful installers. Pity about the oil spills damaging my lawn and the leak on the new tank which took a while to get put right. Could and should have done better.

Taking oil out of old tank into a holding tank, removing old tank and putting in new one replacing oil back in new tank leaving site clean and tidy. Friendly visit initially to discus replacement. The workmen were friendly and knew their job which they did very well. I can only endorse the whole operation with complete satisfaction.
