Empty oil from old domestic oil tank, replace with new one and refill. I cannot comment about this company highly enough. At 3 pm on Tuesday I rang them due to my full oil tank being cracked. By 5 pm David had attended - magnificent! By 8 am, the next day Lee & Nikki came and emptied the oil, and by 1 pm they returned and installed the new tank. Less than 24 hours. Great work, courteous staff, most excellent!

Replacement oil storage tank. Friday 18th July was set aside for the delivery of new oil tank. You phoned only the day before to cancel and arranged new date for 9-9:30 am Wednesday 23rd. Phoned you at 10:45 as no one had turned up to be told tank would be fitted mid afternoon but it was 5:20 pm when it turned up, thus an appointment we had cancelled could have been met had you been more accurate in informing us of a correct time. Having wasted not one but two sunny days we suggest you make some reduction in your costs as a good will gesture.

Remove & replace the oil tank. Both workmen were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was very happy with their standard of work.

New tank installed & re-positioned. New base installed. Polite engineers, very helpful. Have had to call TRS back due to boiler not working. May need bleeding due to airlock or water. TRS returning Friday 11 July to solve problem.
