Excellent workmen, on time, cheerful, knowledgeable & tidy. Lid to oil tank left off after refilling fortunately spotted before down pour! Labels attached to lid not given to us. This included the installation report which was not completed. However, we were very impressed with the firm and their communication and have no hesitation in recommending them and the workforce to others. Well done. Thank you.

Replacement of 600 gallon metal tank with a 1000 liter plastic tank. Removal of tank & brick pillars. Laying slabs for new tank. The men were polite & carried out the work quickly & efficiently. I had a verbal quote from someone else which was considerably lower approx £1,000 which I accepted but he failed to turn up - I suspect because of the position of the tank & limited amount of space.

Quick, quiet, friendly & most efficient service. A difficult job, because of mid-terrace access, done with courtesy & good humour (& plenty of coffee!)

Pump out existing tank into holding tank, disconnect and remove old tank from site. Lay a new slabs & blast base on floor. Supply A QSS 3SL, 230 talking all storage Tamil. Reconnect to existing supply pipe. Bleed oil line through to ensure boiler fitted correctly. All work carried out to my complete satisfaction.

Removal of old central heating oil tank and installation of a new tank. No criticism. The weather conditions were not good but this did not affect the performance of the two employees who carried on working in the rain.

Installation of new oil tank (and removal of old tank). Recommended by domestic oil supplier. Tank manufacturer said TRS were their biggest customer. No comparative quote available. Time on site 14:45 min.

Replace old metal oil tank. Layed a slab & ballast base on new site. Supplied QSS SL1230 talking tank. Positioned new tank lever valve & filter. Put in new oil line as discussed. Pumped out old tank a filled new. Bleed oil line & checked the boiler was firing correctly. Removed old tank & contaminated fuel etc in time with regulations. The men arrived on time, smartly dressed in blue uniform and promptly completed the work in a friendly and efficient manner.

Reserve oil from leaking fuel oil tank. Replace tank on newly prepared surface. Such an emergency could have proved costly. The firm came and dealt with the problem. Minimum loss of oil (a few litres, if that) and the made good and had everything running again very quickly.
