We asked RLS to recover data from our damaged hard disc, and to quote to supply us with a new home PC, laptop & printer & scanner. No data could be recovered so no fee except postage. We did not accept the quote for new equipment, but the service & conversations were professional & informative.

Panda anti-virus plus 1 hour on site rate. Excellent service – patient with me (an OAP): explained fully, answered questions: felt very comfortable having Janice in any house to help me.

Absolutely delighted with the service, attention and understanding of all at RLS. They have looked after me (and my machine) for about 10 years and never once have let me down. Suggestions on new or upgraded equipment etc have always been legitimate and with no pressure, service with a caring and understanding is a key feature.
