Error on Computer. Reverted it from windows 8.1 to 8 He explained things in language I could understand.Upgraded to windows 10. They even collected my computer from home.

Problem with charging. No fault found - a mystery, but the firm only charged for what they did. I had prepared for a bigger outlay and was pleased they were honest and said it would not be necessary.

Computer was not starting up mechanics repaired. Rob gave excellent advice on my computer and guidance going forward. (I have an out of date computer) Fantastic service, even opened up early in order I could drop off unit outside opening times to accomodate my work schedule.

Blue screen of death. Booting and stability problem. Very friendly. Knowledgeable -could do with a little sign on wooden peace saying 'reception' Just to direct new customers to the office and not the house.

installed a new bigger solid state drive into my home laptop, excellent job, not as easy as it appeared to be at first. The reason being it needed a huge amount of time to update Windows 10 to the latest version. I can endorse the work of RLS Computers, very impressive. Well organised, kept me up to date on ongoing issues, can''t fault the company, very polite and well informed.

To install a new computer and printer and transfer all data from old computer. Then clean all private information from old computer. Rob is a most charming professional person and was so kind and caring and considerate to our needs we are on elderly couple - and he took time to explain everything very clearly to us.

Several technical issues plus training. I have the bronze homeplan with RLS and for me it''s worth every penny. I have had to call Rob on several occasions and the response times have always been under 5 minutes. Rob''s wizardry on the computer is second to none, he also has the patience of a saint. I would recommend RLS to anyone who is looking for instant backup and support, great customer service 10 out of 10 from me.
