RLS carry out regular checks and updates to my PC (software and hardware), and also offer professional advice to help me get the best from my PC. Assistance is provided quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. Home visits are also available. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Purchased a new Laptop, new printer and new mobile phone. These were set up for me in my home. RLS talked me through the various items, they were efficient and very knowledgable and helpful.
I joined their Homeplan Scheme, this means they are at the end of the telephone whenever I need them. As a more senior member of the community, I may not always understand the technology, but they explain it with patience and never make me feel I am wasting they time.
They are a excellent Company and I would recommend them to all my friends, in fact I already have.

By clicking on a 'rogue' link, I inadvertently exposed my PC to a scammer. Fortunately, I did not click on the link to the scammer but a popup box appeared and kept 'pinging' for the entire weekend. I contacted Rob on the Monday and he sorted the problem immediately. I have had a contract with RLS Computer Services for more than 10 years now and do not know how I'd manage without them.

unable to access an office suite, plus printer issues, as off line. All restored remotely, with out any hesitation. I have only one regret and that is, i should have joined this excellent company years ago

RLS took time to understand my needs in a very bespoke project, a PC to power a high-end driving simulator while broadcasting live across YouTube and engaging real-time with other drivers across the world. They produced a bespoke RLS Apollo PC which satisfies all my needs, including the ability to upgrade when new cutting-edge components are released.

I contacted RLS after my aging laptop had been hacked and needed assurance all was well. After checking the computer Dan contacted me and advised a new board could be installed but he felt the age of the laptop - over 5 years - it may not be worth it. I had been considering buying a new laptop and Dan suggested trying a refurbished one at a reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier with my 'new' computer and now realise just how slow my old one was. Thanks, Dan and the team for your help, courtesy and patience. I will be in touch shortly to take up your Home Plan Support.
