Technician call out to restore my computer which had been off line for several days during the Easter week-end
As an elderly female computer user I rely on the help I know is available from RL Computers having had a Support contract with the Firm for a number of years. Mr Lucas is always courteous, helpful and efficient at all times and I have recommended him to many other friends

Installing Windows 8.1 in place of Windows XP. Installing camera for use with Skype. The service provided was all I hoped for and the company was very helpful with answering any questions I had at the time and afterwards. I have been invited to ask if there is anything else I need to know. This is very reassuring for someone like me who was not brought up in the age of computers.
