Replacement of toilet syphon. Mr Thurston was polite and efficient on the phone when I asked him to mend our toilet.
He was very knowledgeable and described what needed to be done and why. He checked that the Cistern worked properly and left our ensuite very clean, he even hoovered the carpet where he had been working.
