Ollie and his team installed a new central heating system with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler to replace an old open vented system. Ollie came to house as planned to give me a quote, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism which made it an easy decision to chose him for the job. Ollie and his team did a great job, turned up as planned on Monday morning and had finished by Thursday. They removed the old boiler, immersion tank and two water tanks and replaced with Worcester Bosch boiler with Worcester Wave wireless control and thermostatic radiator valves. They were very tidy and cleaned as they went along and removed all the waste materials as promised. I would definitely recommend for boiler and central heating work and overall was extremely satisfied.

Old gas boiler, cold water tank and hot water cylinder all removed and replaced with brand new combi boiler and full radiator system. New bathroom suite fitted, including bath, wc / sink combination unit, shower and heated towel rail. Plumbing in kitchen for multiple appliances and kitchen sink fitting. Excellent service from initial quotation visit through to final fitting. Ollie and his team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very able. They discuss and explain everything as it happens so there are no surprises! Great job - would highly recommend.

Replaced existing combi boiler with Worcester Bosch 34 CDi Classic, including filter and limescale inhibitor and flushing of system as required. Upgraded pipework were necessary. Installed new Worcester Wave controls to offer maximum 10 year parts and labour gurantee. After returning from holiday to find our old existing combi boiler broken (subsequently decommissioned by a different heating engineer as it was past the point of fixing), leaving us without any form of heating or hot water, we phoned numerous heating engineers including some of the larger companies for quotes.

Ollie was very responsive and considerate to our needs and even rescheduled work in order to fit us in promptly. This customer focused attitude and the attention to detail and clarity of explaining the work to be undertaken was one of the reasons why we chose Ollie ahead of others, even though there were cheaper alternatives. Ollie was also an Accredited Installer for Worcester Bosch, which after some research was one of our boiler manufacturers of choice.

Ollie and Andy are two of the best tradesmen I have ever used. They are friendly and professional, which is important when trusting people within your house, but most importantly their work is first class.

As mentioned above, you may find cheaper alternatives but this can be offset by the quality of work and materials used. They won''t rush the job to try and move on to the next as quickly as possible. They even sorted a few little jobs outside the original scope of work whilst they were here, without charging extra.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again myself for future work.

Removed existing radiators and installed 12 new radiators.

Replaced old 10mm pipework throughout with 15 & 22mm pipes. Ollie is an expert in his trade and good at explaining and discussing the work. He has a great attention to detail and he always tries to find the best solution for a particular job.

Both Ollie and Andy worked very hard and to a high standard. They worked some long days but always stayed in good spirit.

The nature of the job was quite disruptive, but by the time they finished all the flooring was placed back as they were before, and the house was left clear and tidy.

We are very happy with the result.

(Price includes pipework and fittings, as required) We used Ollie (ably assisted by Andy) to replace our old gravity-fed system boiler with a new Worcester combi. He obviously knew his stuff, cared about delivering the right solution for the customer, and his attention to detail was impressive. Both Ollie and Andy were always polite and tidy, and conscious of minimising disruption. They were also very careful about leaving things looking neat, and obviously took a pride in doing all aspects of the job properly. We were very pleased with the work, so we used Ollie a few months later to plumb in our new bathroom, when again, his focus on detail, quality and creating the right solution were much appreciated. Everything looks smashing and works well. Ollie''s not the cheapest option out there, but with both bits of work we felt we got good value for the money we spent – you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Instillation of Worcester bosch CDC compact, external gas pipes and two column radiators Ollie and Andy were punctual and arrived at the agreed time, the work was completed within the time quoted and they left our house in a clean and tidy condition after doing a thoroughly good job. They had very good customer service and were very friendly. In my opinion they provide very good value for money and went over and above what was required to deliver the service. Ollie is very professional and customer orientated, and explained the work and how the new system would work to my wife and I very well. I will be using them again for any future requirements we have.

Replaced existing vented hot water cylinder with a new Megaflow un-vented cylinder, replacing all tank feeds and supply pipework in the process and installing a new stop-cock.

Also supplied and installed a new water softener in the kitchen and run a cold hard water supply to the kitchen and outside tap. Ollie and Andy did a great job replacing our old vented hot water cylinder for a new un-vented one and installing a new water softener. From the initial site survey, through to sign off of the work, Ollie was polite and professional. His quote was comprehensive and competitive and he gave us some good advice prior to the work commencing.

The work was carried out at the same time as a bathroom re-fit that was being done by another firm and Ollie and Andy were considerate and helpful to the bathroom installers, making sure that everything went smoothly.

Ollie and Andy were a pleasure to have in the house and they both worked extremely hard. Their work was very neat and tidy and they left everything in a clean and orderly state. They even re-made the airing cupboard shelves to fit around the new cylinder.

The cylinder and water softener have made a huge difference to the hot water supply and we are extremely happy with the results which have exceeded our expectations.

New boiler fitted, all rads removed & flushed out. Attention to detail could have been better:. Ollie hassled for payment, Once received the rude & personal emails started, as I would not leave him a key for my property, which I would not do for any trademan. Chemical slick on driveway from machine (I cleared up). Took my washing machine fitting did not return it. Left bathroom valve not fitted properly. Cement fell out of brick work.

Replaced an old Alpha combi boiler with a Bosch CD32i combi boiler in existing place altering the pipework to fit.
Fit new roof mounted flu.
Replace 10 x thermostatic valves on the existing radiators.
Replace 1 x Radiator.
Fit Sludge and scale filters.
Fit wireless thermostatic controls. Ollie gave a good survey in a professional way followed by a very competitive quote. A date was agreed for the work to start and Ollie and Andy arrived on time, the work was completed in a truly professional manner with good humor, they worked until 18.00hrs and left the property in a clean and tidy manner and returned the next morning to complete the job. Everything was explained and we felt in control all the time. Ollie gave good advice when explaining the settings and controls and we felt competent to look after the system when he left. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ollie to my friends and would certainly use his services again

Full installation of central heating Ollie discussed and explained all options. His quote was prompt and precise and I had confidence that he would do a good job. I did not consult another company - there was no need. Ollie and Andy take pride in their work and this clearly shows in the end result. I also appreciated their attention to details and nice finishing touches eg. matching old style skirting boards, to give a better finish under the new radiators. Nothing was too much trouble.

Remove old conventional boiler and install Worcester 32CDi compact combi boiler. Modify system to suit, removing redundant piping, cylinder & controls. Replacement of radiator TRV and lockshields. Explained and advised in a professional manner on survey visit taking time to listen and respond to our questions and requirements. Provided detailed written quotation. Work carried out to a very high standard whilst keeping disruption to a minimum. Cleaned up at end of each day and on completion took time to explain use of boiler and controls, warranty and after sales procedures. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Install new gas boiler. Oliver explained all the options clearly, provided a detailed written evotation, completed the work on time and explained the controls. Very satisfied.

Decommissioning of old boiler, supply and fit new 36cdi Worcester boiler + two radiators and ancillaries. No doubt about it Ollie and Justin know their job and are very good at it, they were both courteous and helpful at all times.

They were on time everyday. The work hard and thorough to a high standard. There work is neat and tidy. They are professional but down to earth and friendly, they explain everything to you, plus they did extra little jobs they didn’t need to do like putting new pipe clips which were missing by previous plumber. I would definitely recommend them.

Replaced back boiler, removed gas fire and all relevant pipework. Installed new combi boiler. First time we have used this company, and we shall recommend them to other people looking for good, honest, tidy, tradesmen. They arrived on time, did not waste any time during the working day. O J Thurston decommissioned a 46 year old Husqvarna 8 warm air burner, and installed a Worcester 24 system gas boiler into a newly built boiler house. The work involved connection to the existing gas supply, and all the relevant pipework, which required removing floor boards to install radiators where none had previously been located. A new hot water tank was fitted in the airing cupboard together with a replacement immersion heater. Carpets were lifted making sure to limit damage to paintwork and to hide as many pipes as physically possible. The work was carried out by Ollie and Andy in a highly professional manner. Ollie''s communication skills are outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend.
