Called to investigate a leaking boiler - Ollie was very helpful over the phone and helped diagnose the issue remotely to avoid an unnecessary call-out. Parts were ordered and fitted within a couple of days, all for a reasonable price and with no mess.

We used Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd as recommended by a friend, to replace our boiler and radiators in April 2023 in Norwich. Ollie and Daniel were excellent, provided a competitive and detailed quotation and advice, attended to complete the work exactly on time and as specified. They are cheerful, helpful and obliging and left our home clean and tidy. Complete renewal of central heating system to include new combo boiler. We have been putting this off but our ageing boiler wasn’t likely to last. Found the firm via Which Trusted Trader and was very helpful from outset. Came and gave a quote which was reasonable. We really liked his professionalism and so didn’t bother shopping around. Friends in the trades have told us the price was very good considering the amount of work. Ollie and Dan were fantastic from start to finish. They clearly care about their work which was to an excellent standard with minimal mess considering they had to move the boiler and install a new shower. We were delighted with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fitted new Worcester Bosch condensing boiler, changed 6 radiator valves, fitted new programmer and thermostat and re worked some poor plumbing and electrics. You could not wish for more polite, competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hard working tradesmen than Ollie and Dan to carry out your work for you. The job was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption and in a very short time.The quote was very reasonable and extra work was done that was not initially quoted for that Ollie had to be persuaded to charge for.
Everything was explained as the work progressed and full instruction and advice was given at the end and the house left clean and tidy. The system is working well and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Ten year manufacturer''s guarantee on parts and labour for boiler and filter I couldn''t have asked for two more committed and professional guys to do this job. It''s always a bit of a lottery when engaging tradesmen but in this case the reviews are well deserved.

The job was clean, quick and very efficient and I now have a superb new boiler with added peace of mind from all the ancillary work that went with it.

Replaced 30+ year old back boiler with a Combi boiler Just Had Ollie and Dan round to fit a new boiler and I couldn''t be happier with the job. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable and the work has been completed to the highest standard with no mess or fuss. Removal of old combi boiler. Installation of new Worcester Bosch combi boiler & associated recommended WB filter system, thermostat, etc. I was impressed by Ollie''s prompt return of calls/ messages left, and considered answers to my concerns. Resultant installation of a Worcester Bosch combi boiler & associated controls was carried out to the agreed timetable, promptly & efficiently & at the agreed price ( no hidden ''extras''), and as an Approved WB engineer the installation is covered by a 10 year Warranty (parts & labour). From this experience, I recommend you contact him if you''re considering a boiler installation, particularly if it''s a Worcester Bosch.

Remove old boiler, fit Worcester Bosch 29cdi combination, relocate from kitchen to airing cupboard including new gas supply & flue. Fit TRV’s & Bosch Easy Control. I contacted Ollie to give an estimate for my daughter’s house to remove an old Worcester boiler with very ugly pipe work & fit a new boiler, relocating it from the kitchen to the upstairs bathroom. Ollie quickly recommended a better solution, fitting a Worcester Bosch 29cdi combi bolier in the upstairs airing cupboard which needed a gas supply from the meter to the first floor. His estimate arrived very quickly (£500 less than a less practical solution) & an installation date agreed.

Ollie & Dan arrived on time, to the minute, and spent 2 days doing the work. What they achieved in the time was really impressive and the end result is excellent, the system is so much better for heating and hot water. The quality of the installation is truly impressive, just so neat and tidy & great attention to detail. The pipe work, inside & out, is immaculate.They also left the house in great condition, no mess or bits of rubbish whatsoever.

What was particularly appreciated was Ollie coming back in the evening and spending over an hour taking my daughter through very aspect of the system, especially the Bosch Easy Control system, and making sure she understood it.

Ollie was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and he & Dan must have worked very hard to complete the work to the high standard they obviously set themselves. And we felt very comfortable to leave them in the house to do the work and to give them a set of keys.

Installation of new Worcester Greenstar Compact boiler, new TRVs, and EasyControl. Upgrade/re-routing of some pipework, new waste pipe, plumbing for kitchen taps, outside tap, relocation of flue, external brick work. Ollie arrived promptly to provide a competitive quotation.

The boiler installation and associated works were completed to the highest standard. In addition, Ollie was also able to provide excellent advice on the overall project and took great care to ensure the boiler was located in the correct location within the overall design.

I was very impressed with the standard of work and care taken. The property was left clean and tidy and the work carried out efficiently. Ollie and Daniel were polite and courteous, explaining clearly and fully all the necessary work and decisions. Ollie explained clearly the workings of the new system and controls. I was particularly impressed with the efforts to make the new pipework and suchlike as unobtrusive as possible, both inside and outside the property.

Replacement of central heating component Ollie is extremely busy (good sign) and as my problem wasn’t urgent I waited for him to fit me in which he did as soon as he could, and he always gets back to you quickly if you need to get in touch with him. He is very pleasant and very efficient, he explains what he’s doing and how the part he’s replacing works. My heating is working beautifully now and I would certainly recommend this company and I’m planning to have my boiler serviced with him in January.

Ollie replaced our central heating system and installed a water softener and we''re delighted with the quality of the work and service he provided. From the beginning Ollie was courteous, professional and patient visiting our home twice to show different samples, explain the different options available and giving us ideas. This was important as it allowed us to make informed decisions that met our requirements and budget.

In the end we decided on a Worcester boiler, Megaflo un-vented cylinder, new radiators and TRVs all round with Nest controls. We also had a Monarch Ultimate Midi water softener & tri-flow tap installed.

Ollie arrived when he said and put in several days hard work along with Daniel and Andy. All three were friendly courteous and always consulted us if there were different ways of doing something before going ahead with work, and each day we were left with a tidy house and a water supply.

When we had a an issue outside of Ollie''s control, Ollie immediately returned to our property after a long day of installation work and resolved the issue for us.

At the end of the installation we were left with a clean and tidy house - the guys treated our home as they would their own - and we were shown how to operate the new systems. Everything has worked flawlessly since and we''re really pleased.

Fit new cold water storage tank, reconfigure heating system with new header tank, pump, valves, air separator, Manga clean filter and TRVs. Ollie impressed right from the start. He quickly grasped the issues with the basic old pumped return system and presented his proposal for a Y plan with pumped flow, air separator, Magna clean filter and TRVs in line with expectations. Power flushing was optional and there was no overselling of unnecessary items. Thorough and timely communication of quotation, start date and invoicing. Replaced existing combi boiler. Supply & installation of Worcester 32 CDi compact boiler, including filter,keyless filling link & limescale inhibitor, upgrading of pipework, fitting new thermostatic radiator valves & programmable room thermostat, flushing of system.
Subsequent first boiler service. First came across Ollie through his online reviews/recommendations to replace a combi boiler with a Worcester Bosch. The quotation was well set out & competitive, fully explaining the work being done unlike another obtained. Also included tidying up the pipework not mentioned by the other company.
Arrived as arranged, explains all what is being done. Demonstrates he is a concientious & hard worker, shows attention to detail, is customer orientated,taking pride in his work.
