Full test and inspection of property. Remove old coach light and supply/installs a wash light with built in PIR. Supply and install a multi-sense smoke detector set. Not having needed an electrician for twelve years, I goggled locally and certainly stuck lucky by finding Rob. He followed up his inspection of the work needed with a very reasonable quote and answer to complete the work being on time. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he needed to do to improve. The installation making minor adjustments at no extra charge. What a pity all tradesmen are not as reliable, efficient, pleasant to deal with on Rob. Highly recommended.

To re-route telephone cable. To supply and fit outdoor light fitting. Initial estimate for £85 given - but charged only £70 as less work was required than first anticipated.
