1)Remove the old 8 way BS3036 fuse board.
2)Remove the old 1 way shower fuse board.
3)Supply and install a 15 way double split load customer unit with double RCD protection.
4)Install new main tails to power the new consumer unit.
5)Carry out a full electric test after installation. Rob Newsome did an excellent job for me. He was efficient, courteous and I am very satisfied with my consumer unit replacement. I recommend this firm.

Replacement of thermostat for immersion boiler. Easy to contact, responsive to queries, turn up on time, do what they say for a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more.

Supply and install a 10 way double split load consumer unit with double RCD protect bond main gas meter which 10 mm 2 earth can chase in a cable leaving man consumer in chase in boiler control cable coming from a timer panel. Remove old use board. Remove old T and E cable powering garage. Supply and install 8 mitre length 2.5 mm 2 SWA cable from main consumer unit to a sub-main located in garage. Supply and install 2 way RCD protected consumer unit in garage. Install metal lights switch and metal clad 13 amp double socket. Rob arrived on time and was very efficient. He talked us through each stage of the job. I would recommend him to anyone needy an electrician. He was very reasonable with his quotation. It is good to have someone local you can trust to do a good job. I cannot praise him enough and we also know if we have any problems we can rely on him.

Complete re-wire inside and out with additional sockets and new consumer unit. Rob was very efficient, helpful and the quality of his work was excellent. If you need an electrician I have no hesitation in recommending Rob, and he removed his shoes!

Kitchen lights replaced with good quality bulbs and sockets. Removable old lights disposed of ceiling (small plates) made good. Hovered and cleaned all dust etc, thoroughly. Advised re external security light. Very helpful and personable worker. Will use him anytime I have a further difficulty with electrics, I’ll also advise friends to contact him if needed. He’s definitely a good and useful contact – (he ever allowed one to pay in two installments) in fact a very good advert for trusted traders.

Supply and install a vertice inline extractor fan in bathroom. Supply and install replacement fuse board. Rob was very friendly and helpful, explaining the options and what needed to be done. I am very happy with the work - and the price was actually lower than quoted as different parts ended up being used. Would recommend!

Installation of 2 consumer units. Bond main water pipe. Upgrade main tails and earth conductors. Require circuits / cabling from one side of the cupboard up and down the back of the cupboard. Carry out full electrical test. So good where having him back.

Fuse board upgrade. Fully satisfied.

Rewiring house. Very happy – they came when they said they would, explained everything, made helpful suggestions, and guided us through what could have been & traumatic time!! Very happy to recommend them. By far the biggest job we’ve had done.

Total rewire of 3 bedroomed house including new consumer unit, supply and installation of LED down light in kitchen. Replacement of double sockets for singles and extra. Sockets in all rooms. Installation and supply of heat detector and two smoke detectors, for unit in bathroom loft, loft lights and switch garage strip light and switches, outside lights test and certificates plus other works & electrical work. Rob was extremely knowledgeable reliable, efficient and hard worker. Would certainly recommend and us him again. Rob gave us good advice on what we needed and went out his way to help us and did a first class job.

Replace 2 storage heaters in lounge. Remove old fan heater and replace heated towel rail in shower room. Replace flood light over back door. Rob Newsome is a charming young man. He’s clean, polite and friendly and very helpful. He arrived punctually and worked non-stop until the job was finished. He advised me on the products available which were good and these were not necessarily the most expensive. At the end of the job he tidied up and vacuumed the floor. I’m delighted to have found him and have already recommended him to friends.
