New Electric Solutions installed a new consumer unit for us. Rob and Jack were reliable, thorough and gave clear explanations. They were quick to resolve a related issue which arose.

Contacted New Electrical Solutions to ask if they could replace two hard wired smoke alarms. Received timely response and quote for suitable replacement. Quote for smoke alarms and labour was reasonably priced so happy to go ahead with the work. Excellent service received and quick to complete the job. Now looking to use NES for a couple of other jobs.

LED spotlights replaced in kitchen. Called Rob left voicemail message was so impressed by the quick call back, came to have a look and gave quote. True to his word the quote came through the next day. Work completed the following Friday ( as promised ) . Great tradesman, very neat & clean.
