I have had yearly gas boiler services and various plumbing jobs eg new shower done by Iain over the last ten years.
Iain is reliable, efficient and friendly. His standard of work is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Replaced and moved central heating boiler from kitchen to hall cupboard. Upgrade to combi boiler removed hot water tank in loft. Year later completely stripped out bathroom and created a wetroom

Iain has serviced our boiler for 7+ years, and provided advice and then installation for a new boiler when we moved house. He always completes work to a very high standard, and is very polite and thoughtful, taking care to protect flooring etc. Iain also installed our new bathroom this year, and again this was completed to an excellent standard, with Iain listening to our requirements, liaising with other tradespeople and making a lovely new space.

Bathroom and Cloakroom refurbished to a very high standard by Iain . It was an absolute pleasure having Iain in our home, he was polite, courteous an absolute professional.

Attended to blocked toilet. Replaced Flexi pipe and removed scale build up in pan. Quite a lot of work getting to the problem which was carried out professionally and with good humour.

I needed a new plumber and contacted several working in my area. Iain was very quick to respond and visited me the following morning. He quoted me a very reasonable price and completed the job in good time. His work is exceptional. Iain is knowledgeable and has pride in his work. I will definitely use him in the future.

Various excellent plumbing work for us over the past years and in September and October 2021 a complete dismantling and rebuild of previous work - thereby transforming a badly installed bathroom into a shower room for a respected family member. For several years Iain has carried out work for us. From installing a new bath and boiler to renovating our downstairs loo plus many other services in between.
Iain is friendly, most obliging, very professional, and seems to have the answer to every problem. His work is always first class.

Iain has recently taken on a mammoth task for a despairing family member by stepping in to dismantle and disconnect a disastrous half-finished bathroom whose atrocious "work" ( I use that word loosely ) had been carried out by a passing unqualified "cowboy".

Taking many hours, with experience and flair Iain gradually turned around the whole disgraceful mess to finally produce the shower room our relative had always hoped for.

Despite a crammed schedule, Iain was unstinting in offering help, advice, and encouragement. He also arranged the services of a plasterer, tiler, and electrician. The challenges were time-consuming and not easily resolved. Yet the bill was reasonable and our family would highly recommend him.

Emergency repair to a leaking radiator feed pipe to a TRV. Iain dropped everything to assist us with an emergency repair. He is an incredibly experienced and likeable professional of the type that are so hard to find these days. Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he was also free with advice and guidance of the type you only get from time-served tradespeople. He is a credit to his profession and a real gentleman to boot. I know he''s very busy and that we were extremely lucky to find him available but he''s definitely worth any wait and we will be asking him to do other work for us when he has the time. We whole heartedly recommend him.

Remove an outside tap that was installed poorly by a previous occupant. Supply and plumb in a proper outside tap. Just a small job this time for ISJ, but carried out in the normal professional manner. We have used Iain before and wouldn''t hesitate in recommending him to anyone. A fast efficient installation, reasonably pricesd as expected.

Boiler replacement I already knew Iain is very good at what he does from some jobs he did for me a few years ago so I didn''t hesitate to contact him for an estimate when my old Worcester combi boiler was on its way out. During the initial consultation he gave me a huge amount of information and advice and explained the features and benefits of the boiler he thought would best suit my needs. This was followed up by a detailed estimate which clearly explained the steps in the process, parts and labour required for decommissioning and installation. The quote was fair and transparent and competitive with others I had obtained.

During the installation Iain and the other team members were courteous, considerate and left the site tidy. Iain is very skilled and experienced, works meticulously to very high standards with great professional and personal integrity. It is very important to him that he leaves the customer happy with the work he has done. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Design, renovate and convert existing bathroom. We have recently had Iain Return to convert and renovate our very tired outdated bathroom.
This involved a complete stepping out of bath, shower, basin, WC, tiles radiator and pipework.
All new pipework has been chased into walls and re-plastered.
Iain has installed a very large walk in shower completed with 10 mm glass screen and deflector, wall hung basin, W.C. and chrome towel rail.
All complimented with stone tiled walls and karndean flooring.
Our bathroom is a real showcase and its all down to Iain who designed, arranged and installed to create our beautiful bathroom.
Iain is a true inspiration and we hold him in great esteem - a true professional.
