Excellent work & very efficient.

Floor & wall tiler & recommended floor and wall tiler. The fitter was conscientious and had interest in the work he was doing and was very meticulous in plumbing bath fitting, cabinet and sink fitting overall. I could not fault workmanship. As well as his wall & floor tiler.

Plumb and fit outside tap. Advised, new taps on basin after inspection to save original. First class service in plumbing and people’s communication. A job well done, with a friendly smile and honesty.

Replacement of an outlet pipe to an Aqualisa Quartz electric power shower unit. Mr. Pirie administered his services in an extremely professional manner, was courteous during his stay here & explained everything in detail.

Replace outside tap and put a isolation valve.

I was extremely happy with the work carried out. Everything was explained to me clearly and the service was excellent.

Installing shower and basin removing old cast iron bath and basin. Removing old tiles on walls and making good. Boxing in waste pipes making new pipe exit to outside drain. I was given helpful advice on the new equipment in my bathroom taking into account my age and mobility. He then worked hard and long at this conversion which also threw up at times some challenging problems-which were explained clearly to me. All of which were solved quickly and efficiently. His workmanship is excellent and it was a pleasure having him working in my home. He went that “extra mile” in everything he did, the result is absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend him highly enough he really is a “trusted trader” in everyway. It is a great pity there aren’t more people like him about, having experienced a lot of “botched” plumbing jobs over the years.

Remove existing bath, toilet, sink & all pipe work. Re pipe entire shower room to include new shower, basin, toilet, install shower cuboid & tray, electric shower, taps to sink in vanity unit, supply toilet & sink. I cannot fault workmanship. Have had other work done besides this, complete trust in fact have left them working whilst I went out, would not think twice about having them back again, would highly recommend them in fact I already have.

Full plumbing & heating for large rear extension inc: new boiler system, new oil tank (remove old), new rooms: kitchen, utility, shower room, bathroom, toilet. Excellent work, minimum fuss and inconvenience. Pipework immaculate, service, second to none. Affectionately known as a our "designer plumber".

Replace toilet Siphon/valve, replace 4 sets of basin taps. If only all tradesmen were as prompt, efficient and helpful as Iain. He responded immediately to my call arrived to do the job on the appointed day at the appointed time. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after wards. This man is a National Treasure and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a good plumber.

2 jobs completion of work on new bathroom messed up by previous plumber & fitting of existing tap. Brilliant work one man band, very approachable & helpful no adverse comments whatsoever neat & tidy as well
