Design, renovate and convert existing bathroom. We have recently had Iain Return to convert and renovate our very tired outdated bathroom.
This involved a complete stepping out of bath, shower, basin, WC, tiles radiator and pipework.
All new pipework has been chased into walls and re-plastered.
Iain has installed a very large walk in shower completed with 10 mm glass screen and deflector, wall hung basin, W.C. and chrome towel rail.
All complimented with stone tiled walls and karndean flooring.
Our bathroom is a real showcase and its all down to Iain who designed, arranged and installed to create our beautiful bathroom.

To install new combi boiler in kitchen utility cupboard removing all redundant pipework, hot water cylinder, tanks etc and decommission and remove previous boiler to enable kitchen to be refitted including new vertical flue and making good roof where previous flue exited. Being new to ele area we were very fortunate to be recommended to Iain to carry out our boiler install which was very challenging and complicated due to being installed in a different position to the existing one. This involved all new pipework including gas supply. Iain was most courteous and so helpful we were very well informed at all stages even going to the trouble of installing a programmer to make it easier or us to use and understand. I am experienced quite a few unexpected problems along the way which he dealt with most professionally. We admire him for all his help, support and consideration and recommend him wholeheartedly. Iain will definitely be our number 1 plumber for all future works. We are very grateful Iain. Thank you so much a brilliant job.

Plumbing work as part of the renovation of an Edwardian house.Replacement of lead water pipes,re-routing of central heating,water and gas pipes.
Included changing 15mm to 22mm feed from downstairs main to upstairs pressured cistern. Installation of 3 toilets,3 sinks,bath with shower over, glass shower screen, 2 heated towel rails,a radiator,bidet kitchen sink,utility sink, washing machine, dishwasher and outside tap. Idin (ISJ Plumbing Services) has been exemplary in all his work with us. We first met him on the recommendation of our builder. Idin succeeded where two previous plumbers had failed to resolve a problem with our pressurized cylinder. Idin identified the problem and effected a speedy and cost effective repair.As a consequence we were delighted when we learned he would be working on our main project. Idin is meticulous in his work and is very focused on making the customer happy.At all times,he worked to minimize the impact on us as we continued to live in he house.We have no hesitation in recommending him and plan to ask him to do any future work as we continue with the improvement of our home.

To remove old shower cubical, and install a wave in shower. Replace old power shower with a mira shower. Iain cleaned the area each evening and took away all old materials. The whole job to remove the small cubical and install a wonderful walk in shower area was done with great thought and great care. Iain advised us on materials, going out of his way to explain every thing that was being done. Lain had extra work to do to prepare the site and added extra materials to help design the area. He has made our shower area so easy to use, an amazing transformation. A thorough professional who has his customers at heart - thank you so much.

Moving and decommissioning emersion heater in airing cupboard. Installing new emersion heather/tank raising (in loft). Height of existing cold water tank and isolating and renewing pipe work re positioning cold feed in kitchen. I am very pleased with the work that was carried out. It was done to a very high standard at the agreed time. The plumber was polite and informative whilst doing the work. I would thoroughly recommend him to friends.

Removal of shower. Clearance of pipes full of fat (not from me!). Pleased & reveled.

Bathroom refit. Install new shower, cubicle, bath and towel warmer with all associated pipe work. There was no bath previously and shower was moved from one side of room to other. Lain Pirie came to our rescue when another plumber who had agreed to do the work the claimed to be too busy. A blessing, as it turned out. Lain’s standard of work is faultless and all carried out in an efficient and friendly manner. A real pleasure to have him in the house.

Replace baby with walk-in shower for elderly parents to include shower seat and hand rail, tile, replace floor with non slip flooring and decorate. All work carried out to highest standard. Appreciated all suggestions made concerning safety features. Very sensitive approach to parent’s anxieties. Iain showed great patience with very elderly customers and fully understood their needs. Great product knowledge and guidance to arrive at an excellent result / outcome for customer.

Dormer en-suite bathroom extension providing double shower, sink and WC. Absolutely 1st class! Impeccable work to highest standard with particular attention to detail regarding design and product knowledge. Finished product for exceeding expectation. Putting a radiator on wall as addition to existing system. Laid most of pipes under floor board then drilling through wall for new radiator piping. All areas made good and carpet replaced & new tap & piping to sink to replace broken ones. We are extremely pleased with all the work undertaken. Ian the plumber is very friendly, reliable and leaves everywhere clean and tidy.
