Excellent service; constructive approach when presented with a problem associated with the size of the me pad area; hugely professional and unfailingly polite. Replacing a leaky shower. When I first called the company the receptionist was very helpful. She explained that it was a busy time of the year but they would do their best to help and if they said they would do the work on which and such date they would and the did.

Find and solve problem with boiler, and do service. Excellent work, our problem has defeated others for two years but Jim found an answer very quickly and did a thorough job.

Heating and hot water not working. Telephoned Anglia Heating Solutions at 8:30 and by 9:30 an engineer was round and by 10:30 the fault was identified and repaired. Very professional.

Replace a temperature control mixing valve to an underfloor heating system. This entailed drain down, pipe work, new additional and testing out system. I had previously invited two other companies to carry out this work but both refused as it necessitated sourcing a replacement for a superseded valve. Anglia Heating Solution took on the work and completed it successfully and reduced its quoted price as it was completed quicker than anticipated. It was good to talk to Paul, the plumber who carried out the work, as he understood the complexities of under floor heating.

Remove steel oil tank, transfer oil to temp tank, supply and install new bunded tank. Extremely prompt and efficient in all aspects, and very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Flush heating & install Magna clean. Excellent.

Supply and install titan ES1225B bunded oil tank. Remove old tank and pipes. The two gentlemen completed the job in a timely manner and left our property neat and tidy.

Pump out plastic oil tank and supply/fit new metal tank. From first contact by phone, to 1st visit (pump out and store some oil in temp tank on site) to final fitting of new tank. Staff 1st class, polite, helpful and friendly. Left c/h boiler running perfectly. Excellent.

Replace oil tank and service boiler. Remove old tank. An excellent job. Clean efficient and well organized. They worked as a team were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. They are always reliable. I would recommend them to any one. I would never consider any other supplier.

Service/fault rectification on exterior wall mounted oil fixed heating system. The engineer was exactly what I had hoped for. He did an extremely thorough job. Polite and professional at all times. Explained the work he was doing and the probable cause of the original ‘fault’. I have already recommended him to our neighbours (two of whom have requested him).
