Service/fault rectification on exterior wall mounted oil fixed heating system. The engineer was exactly what I had hoped for. He did an extremely thorough job. Polite and professional at all times. Explained the work he was doing and the probable cause of the original ‘fault’. I have already recommended him to our neighbours (two of whom have requested him).

1st time for plumbing. Two men came both friendly found problem straight away & had it done & dusted in under 2 hrs. Very well trained-knew exactly what to look for. Very polite, happy young men. People friendly & obviously happy in their work-very professional, could recommend to anyone – great guys.

Installing 10 radiator and pipe work. New hot water tank, new oil tank, new boiler. Remove of old oil tank and old boiler and old hot water tank work done in 4 working days. From the first day when the survey was carried out to the last day when the work was finished. The team worked in a most professional way with the minimal amount of disruption to our family home. The men were punctual, polite, tidy and friendly. They explained every-thing to us as they carried out this major job. Installing 10 radiator and a newtank and boiler into a family home is stressful for anyone. But this was not the case for us. We will use this company again.

Fitted new parts to the boiler, serviced it and also fitted new oil gauge in oil tank. The engineer was very friendly. Skilled and professional and would definitely use the company again. He answered all our questions and even showed us how to check certain things on the boilers which we knew nothing about. We are thinking of having “New boiler later in the year and would certainly use the company again and hopefully get the same engineers.

Installation of new boiler with exhaust fuse through garage roof. A young team- show off every time they came into house. Worked hard-arrived early. Friendly (but not over friendly). Worked tidily- finish work-excellent.
