Anglia Heating Solutions Limited

Good job/well done. Excellent engineer. Credit to the company what more could I say- it is what you hope for but rarely get those days.

Excellent job! Very pleased with work carried out.

Replace a temperature control mixing valve to an underfloor heating system. This entailed drain down, pipe work, new additional and testing out system. I had previously invited two other companies to carry out this work but both refused as it necessitated sourcing a replacement for a superseded valve. Anglia Heating Solution took on the work and completed it successfully and reduced its quoted price as it was completed quicker than anticipated. It was good to talk to Paul, the plumber who carried out the work, as he understood the complexities of under floor heating.

Remove steel oil tank, transfer oil to temp tank, supply and install new bunded tank. Extremely prompt and efficient in all aspects, and very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Flush heating & install Magna clean. Excellent.

Very good service. Honest and no problems, very polite and helpful.

Supply and install titan ES1225B bunded oil tank. Remove old tank and pipes. The two gentlemen completed the job in a timely manner and left our property neat and tidy.

Pump out plastic oil tank and supply/fit new metal tank. From first contact by phone, to 1st visit (pump out and store some oil in temp tank on site) to final fitting of new tank. Staff 1st class, polite, helpful and friendly. Left c/h boiler running perfectly. Excellent.

Boiler service. Excellent team – in the office and the engineers. Feel very comfortable having them in the house. Take real care!

Replace oil tank and service boiler. Remove old tank. An excellent job. Clean efficient and well organized. They worked as a team were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. They are always reliable. I would recommend them to any one. I would never consider any other supplier.

Service/fault rectification on exterior wall mounted oil fixed heating system. The engineer was exactly what I had hoped for. He did an extremely thorough job. Polite and professional at all times. Explained the work he was doing and the probable cause of the original ‘fault’. I have already recommended him to our neighbours (two of whom have requested him).

1st time for plumbing. Two men came both friendly found problem straight away & had it done & dusted in under 2 hrs. Very well trained-knew exactly what to look for. Very polite, happy young men. People friendly & obviously happy in their work-very professional, could recommend to anyone – great guys.

I would recommend this firm to friends and family. They were punctual and trustworthy.

Service boiler and attend to lockout. In safe hands from 1st telephone call.

Installing 10 radiator and pipe work. New hot water tank, new oil tank, new boiler. Remove of old oil tank and old boiler and old hot water tank work done in 4 working days. From the first day when the survey was carried out to the last day when the work was finished. The team worked in a most professional way with the minimal amount of disruption to our family home. The men were punctual, polite, tidy and friendly. They explained every-thing to us as they carried out this major job. Installing 10 radiator and a newtank and boiler into a family home is stressful for anyone. But this was not the case for us. We will use this company again.

First major work. Very good, tidy, professional. Explained what they were doing and why.

First class service with professional team installing new oil tank. Have no record copy of guarantee. This I would like!

Arrived promptly at agreed time. Before starting any work, carefully prepared area to be worked in, laying protection over my light-coloured carpet. Were extremely professional, polite and considerate of my home. After work was completed everything was cleared and tidied. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again at any time. Extremely happy.

Replace oil tank. Flawless service from start to finish. Saved me a fortune noticing task was cracked & still under warranty. Arranged and fitted replacement in new location. Brilliant! Can’t recommend highly enough!

The team who fitted our new boiler were very knowledgeable in particular Ben Grice who impressed us with his professional attitude.
