Supply and install new oil tank & lintel and slab base. The work was carried out professionally and in very good time. We were very impressed with the service and installation from start to finish.

Supply & install new grant oil boiler and all the bits and pieces needed. They also supplied new double radiator with a honey well pack 3 control system. All the workmen were very clean and tidy and answered my questions as I asked them. Ben was very patient when explaining the working of the timers.

Replace bath with walk in shower and replace cloak room suite including all plumbing. Install new water softener. Workmen were prompt, tidy friendly and helpful. They gave advice when asked and were very pleasant to deal with. Would certainly recommend them and use Heating Solutions again. Have already recommended them to a neighbour.

Replacing oil tank. A pleasant to have your work men around. Their work was super, clean and very good in every way. Very polite and careful and caring. Which you don’t see very often these days. Thank you for everything.

Decommission old solid fuel system. Remove old boiler, copper tank and pipe work. Install new combi oil from boiler, supply and fit new oil tank. Remove all old materials and piping. Excellent service. Could not be faulted.

Pipe from oil tank had accidentaly been cut by Rotavator. An emergency situation. The response was fantastic. Assistance given over phone, crew arrived to repair pipe very quickly. Both men who attended very polite and helpful, cheerful and friendly. Answered all questions asked just real good guys. Telephone staff also extremely polite and helpful. Very grateful to all. Supply and install a 250 gallon steel oil tank. Arrival promptly on time. Instantly got to work. Cleared and left tidy at end. Very happy with installation.

Stop a big leak, which they quickly located, and dealt with it. They both worked well and got on with the job in hand. This is the second time that I have asked for this firm to come into my home. I am not a person who is easily pleased. These people are really nice to have in your home, keeping you informed all the time about the problem they are dealing with. I now have an other job for them to. I will always use them. They are really good.

Replacement of oil fired boiler. All materials supplied and fitted. A first class job, from start to finish - all appointments were prompt and on time and every person involved with the job, both on site and in the office, were first class. Work was completed with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of tidiness and efficiency and in a very friendly manner.

Bathroom refit. Have found this company very helpful, courteous and efficient. The men try to be as accommodating as they can and don’t put a radio on whilst they work bliss.

To fit new oil fired boiler Sunday works including new radiator. Being very house proud and a bit fussy we were not looking forward to this job. We should not have worried the whole team were just great no mess, boiler up and running, on the first of a two day job. I have never had a job go so well in my life & I’m 67 yrs old. The MD of Heating Solutions should be waiting around with a smile on his face.

Removal of old gas boiler and replacing new one. Quality of work, good team, friendly helpful and professional with little disruption and site was left clear and tidy. Firm charge all reasonable so far as I know.

Replacement of (supposed) pitted pipes noticed during insurance covered repair of leaking pipe in kitchen. We were informed that we had to make good before they could continue. I contacted approx 4 plumbers who couldn’t help immediately. Heating Solutions were brilliant, I rang them and they were engaged within 30 min they rang back, heard my pleas, and said they would try to do something within 10 mins, they rang back to say one of their plumbers would be with us within the hour. Approx 40 mins later, plumber arrived ( I thought to access and come back later!). Tools came out and waited. 1 hour had fixed problem? I had had a very stressful weekend and Paul solved my problem in an hour. I cannot speak highly enough.

Remove old oil tank and replace with new metal one, and fit fire protection, material. Syphon off oil in old tank and put in new tank when finished. I was very satisfied with the work done. The men very friendly and worked quickly in spite of rain all day.

Installation of new boiler and removal of old system. Andy and his team were superb. Incredibly clean working that at the end of each day you didn’t know they had been. They helped us out with an extra job as well. Thank you.

Replacement of plastic oil tank with a steel double bonded tank with fire protection around and new base. Work carried out within the day despite the confines of the area very pleasant people. They had earlier rescued me when our old tank split-very helpful.
