The two lads who came out to fit the new tank were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently.

The original site visit was thorough and explained the options.
The work had to be postponed once due to COVID but was rebooked and completed as promised.

Supply & Fitting of new oil tank & housing to OFTEC standards. Very pleased with our new oil tank & fireproof housing. The quote was higher than competitors, but was to OFTEC standards, whereas others were not.
There was a few weeks delay before installation as the metal framework was incorrectly made first time. This delay was communicated to us & a new delivery date set, which was kept.
The installation team were very good, courteous and professional.
The final result is much better looking and safer than our old tank.

Oil tank full of sludge and water. Tank pumped out and cleared. Oil siphoned off and returned. Feed lines flushed through and filters cleared, boiler started up and checked. The company responded to a phone message within 10 minutes. Promised to ring back in then 10 minutes and did so in 5. As I was without heating their work schedules were "giggled" and the 2 man team arrived within one hour. Professional and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Absolutely excellent. Already recommended them to 2 friends.

2400 litre new oil tank founded metal to replace plastic 2500 litre on existing site and removal of old tank for disposal.Work carried out to meet regulations as to sifting. All done very efficiently by Dean and Gavin(Anglia) and Steve crane hire. Within the 3-4 hours needed to do it. Half(about 1000 times) oil replaced from old tank to new.When fill up in july dean said to check for oil leakage at outlet because of the pressure of a full tank & to plan to arrange tightening of fittings of outlet. Everything throughout has been explained clearly.

Remove old, split plastic oil storage tank and replace with a new, steel tank. Renew fixtures and fittings as required and paint tank on site. Purge fuel line and run-up the boiler to check operation. Having given a very clear explanation of what was needed and the costs involved, the work started being ton time on the chosen date. The two guys who did the work, Gavin and Dean, made light work of the job and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Nobody wants to part with nearly £1000 just before Christmas but Anglia Heating Solutions made the process as painless as possible!

Replace failing single bunded oil tank with new metal one - also transfer oil. We discussed with Gavin the Merits of various replacement tanks when he last serviced our boiler in February 2015. He quoted us a price of £1000 for the necessary work. Ten months later when the job became none urgent. He completed the work slightly under estimate. He and his mate were at all times a pleasure to have on the premises.

Replacement of (supposed) pitted pipes noticed during insurance covered repair of leaking pipe in kitchen. We were informed that we had to make good before they could continue. I contacted approx 4 plumbers who couldn’t help immediately. Heating Solutions were brilliant, I rang them and they were engaged within 30 min they rang back, heard my pleas, and said they would try to do something within 10 mins, they rang back to say one of their plumbers would be with us within the hour. Approx 40 mins later, plumber arrived ( I thought to access and come back later!). Tools came out and waited. 1 hour had fixed problem? I had had a very stressful weekend and Paul solved my problem in an hour. I cannot speak highly enough.
