Excellent service. The engineer was so professional, polite and extremely efficient at the work. The office staff friendly and very accommodating to my requests.

Examine boiler and recommended action. Boiler needed replacement motorised valve. Fitted some visit Engineers were very over professionally presented. They systematically did replaced fault and unlimited options. Have go-ahead had firmly uninterrupted quickly and successfully.

Installation of a new oil boiler with associated front flow bends and extensions. It was a challenging task dealing with an old system and pipe work that needed upgrading. The old boiler had been there for neatly 40 years! Both men tackled the problems very efficiently & professionally & even finished a day earlier than decided.

Boiler kept cutting out. Engineer also identified issue with under floor heating not working correctly. Excellent quality work. This piece of work has been ongoing for a while and the firm didn’t give up until they had found a solution to my problem.

The engineer was extremely helpful and took great pains to educate and inform us on how to get the best out of our heating system. Oil filled heating is brand new to us- only had gas before. He did an excellent job and spotted something that would have been a problem if left. He was on time, cleared up and we will be delighted if it is he that attends in future. Every question was answered. Lovely man, great job.

Replacement of oil fired boiler, hot water cylinder and fitted thermostatic valves to radiators. Work very well carried out from very polite and all area left clean & tidy at end of each day. Great service, very pleased.

Diagnose & replace faulting temp sensor in oil fired combination boiler. I have always had very good service for both servicing and repairs.

This work was carried out on the day before Christmas Eve. My daughter arrived to find a cold house. She rang Anglia Heating Solutions and they came almost immediately. The engineer left his mobile number in case of further problems.

Installation of Grant 15/21 boiler & invented indirect cylinder & pipe work etc. The work was done very efficiently (in less time than was estimated). House left immaculate and (to date!) boiler works well.

Boiler service & replacement of 2 parts (two visits). Excellent service. Boiler had not been serviced for 2 yrs & but seemed to work. Found a couple of quite serious problems & insisted of fitting the work & before Christmas even though I wasn’t pushing for it & really thorough work.
