Re-Roof of pitched roof installation of new velux. Window, internal ceiling. work and timbers. The AHL team did a great job re-roofing our bathroom and installing a new skylight well. It was completed on-time and on budget, exactly as quoted. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again - or recommend them to others.

Everything was cleared up afterwards. We had a leak in our bay window and I contacted Andy of AHL Roofing & Property Maintenance to see if he could help. He came to the property the day of my call and provided a quote. Andy was very friendly and professional and I was happy with the quote, so I asked him to complete the work. Despite the short notice, the roof was replaced within four days.

I was very impressed with the service provided so I have booked them in to undertake a bigger job later this year. I contacted Andy regarding this work and he looked at the property the next day so that he could provide me with a quote. I really appreciated that he gave his honest and professional recommendation on what needed doing, but was very open to discuss alternatives if this didn''t suit my budget. He has a very friendly manner and I didn''t feel pressured in any way to commit to the work, which can sometimes be the case with companies. He was also very approachable and willing to talk things through if I wanted a greater understanding of anything.
