Repairs to our roof including work on tiling, barge-boards and chimney leading. Our Norwich house roof needed work to replace barge-boarding, renew some chimney leading and set in some ridge tiles, all the result of wear and tear over the last few years and recent high winds. Andy at AHL gave us a good quote and did a great job. No fuss, no hidden costs. Our roof now looks brand-new.
He arranged for scaffolding; he and his team did the work as promised and on schedule; and he highlighted some small additional work that was needed and sorted that too. They left the site clean and tidy on completion.
We are very pleased with the outcome and would unhesitatingly use them again and recommend them to others. Andy and his business deserve to prosper.

New Pitched Roof with new insulation. Re-new dormers with anthracite cladding and new EPDM flat roofs. AHL Roofing were recommended to me by a neighbour. From the initial meeting with Andy, I felt very confident with the work that needed to be done and his design process to enhance the property. Andy and his team were very pleasant to work with. The work done involved replacing damaged old roof felt and some of the battens, treating the roof wood and replacing the old tiles, adding new ones where needed. There was also some repointing done around the chimeys and a new fascia board. It was a tidy job performed efficiently around the weather.Payment was as per the quote with no additionals.

We had some changes to start dates partly relating to covid problems and supplies and the weather also interfered. But once they started, the job was completed in the time frame stated. The scaffolders ( a separate company) were slow to remove their scaffolding after the job was finished but once we communicated to Andy that it was still there, he organised the swift removal of this.

Reparation of leaking roof, split felt and loose tiles. Replaced flashing on the Orangary We found them exceptionally good and certainly trustworthy. We will use them again if needed and thoroughly recommend them to others.

We moved home on 28 April 2020 to a bungalow in Halesworth, Suffolk. It quickly became clear that we had a particularly dark area in our kitchen/dining area that would probably require electric lighting for most periods of the day throughout the year. We thought about the possibility of a Sun Tunnel to radiate natural light into the area and upon research found AHL Roofing of Norwich as a supplier/installer of such. Andy promptly turned out in May and after lengthy inspection of the roof space agreed that they could install as required. The following month two of his chaps turned out and professionally undertook the necessary work. They were most polite and worked efficiently and with cleanliness completing the work in the day. They also did some remedial work to some ridge tiles.
We are completely satisfied with the work undertaken.

We had a Velux window installed in our lofted ceiling of our single story dwelling The whole experience from first enquiry to completion was very good. From the time they replied to my email enquiry to the time they finished the job was first class. Their customer service was excellent and their people were extremely polite and worked until the window was installed as promised in one day. The work was done, completed and fully tidied up. The work was exactly as promised and we were exceptionally pleased with the result.

Provide and install 2 Velox skylight windows in a rather dark bedroom, used as an office/study I am very pleased with the way the firm managed the installation. I had approached them originally about installing a light tunnel; they explained why this wasn''t a suitable option, Velox sklights would be better. So i proved. The work was done well and on schedule and the price reasonable.

Re-Roof of pitched roof installation of new velux. Window, internal ceiling. work and timbers. The AHL team did a great job re-roofing our bathroom and installing a new skylight well. It was completed on-time and on budget, exactly as quoted. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again - or recommend them to others.

Everything was cleared up afterwards. We had a leak in our bay window and I contacted Andy of AHL Roofing & Property Maintenance to see if he could help. He came to the property the day of my call and provided a quote. Andy was very friendly and professional and I was happy with the quote, so I asked him to complete the work. Despite the short notice, the roof was replaced within four days.

I was very impressed with the service provided so I have booked them in to undertake a bigger job later this year. I contacted Andy regarding this work and he looked at the property the next day so that he could provide me with a quote. I really appreciated that he gave his honest and professional recommendation on what needed doing, but was very open to discuss alternatives if this didn''t suit my budget. He has a very friendly manner and I didn''t feel pressured in any way to commit to the work, which can sometimes be the case with companies. He was also very approachable and willing to talk things through if I wanted a greater understanding of anything.
