I called Norfolk Tanks for a quote to replace my oil tank and had a visit that afternoon with a written quote within the hour. During the visit we discussed my thoughts and Rik came up with an alternative plan which was perfect.
On the day of the installation Rob &Steve explained what was going to happen during the installation and were quick, tidy and polite. They also offered advice when I mentioned fencing to hide the tank.

A temporary tank was installed, while environmental work was carried out. A new permanent tank was then installed. The men were considerate, helpful and polite. The job was done well and efficiently. Excellent service.

I phoned a few companies and found Norfolk Tanks on par with other quotes I received, my main reason for chosing norfolk tanks was they were happy to do as I requested, I wanted a heating oil tank to replace an ageing and degraded plastic oil tank but I also wanted it funded and installed in the same place as the original (other companies wanted to sell me what they had and put it where they wanted) just a short wait for them to check measurements and availability before we agreed on a date. Norfolk tanks attended on the agreed date, installed the new tank, left everything clean and tidy. We had a small issue after they had left (boiler went to lockout) but we called and they returned within the hour they bled a stubborn air lock and we were up and running, they were very helpful, informative and nothing seemed to much to ask, I would definitely recommend.

Single skin oil tank replaced, due to cracking on top of tank.
Norfolk tanks Engineer completed a site survey, and advised us that we replaced our tank with a Titan slimline bunded unit, and said that it would fit on our original base without any mods.
Installation carried out within a week of our order confirmation and the payment of a small deposit.
Three man installation team completed a fuel oil transfer, removal / desposal of old tank, and installation of new tank including small pipework alterations.
Fuel oil transfered back into new tank, making sure only clean Kero went back in.
A very efficient team who completed the job safely and to a high standard.

The Guys arrived bang on time, did a brilliant job laying a new base for the new tank, they’d completed the job in 3 hours, which was appreciated as it meant we had no heating or hot water, causing us the minimum inconvenience. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company.

My oil tank leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Norfolk Tanks were out asap to sort the situation.
Within a week, new oil tank, new base laid and all old tank and rubbish sorted all in one day.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Norfolk Tanks installed a new domestic heating oil tank and concrete base for me as the old tank needed replacing. They carried out the site survey within a couple of hours of my phoning for a quote. I'd asked for a 2,500 litre tank but then decided an 1,800 would be fine - changing the order was no problem. They installed the new tank within 10 days of my placing the original order, despite it being one of their busiest times of the year (the run-up to Christmas). The installation team were well-organised, polite/cheery, clean/tidy and communicated brilliantly on the day to ensure that I was happy with the work done. Highly recommended.

Norfolk Tanks replaced our existing oil tank - and they were brilliant from start to finish. I called the office to explain what we needed and a site surveyor visited the next day to check feasibility and discuss best options. It was all explained very clearly and we felt very confident about the whole process. Price was competitive too. We only had to wait about three weeks before the two-man team arrived to replace the tank. Again, everything was explained and we knew exactly what was going to happen - very quick, very professional and efficient. The team made sure our boiler and Rayburn cooker were working perfectly before they departed, and the site was left clean and tidy. Excellent service, would highly recommend. Many thanks.
