I recently employed Norfolk Tanks to relocate and replace a domestic heating oil tank.
Having obtained quotes from three local companies, Norfolk Tanks' price was competitive but what made the difference was the approach taken in terms of identifying potential issues with laying new pipework and also tank recommendations to fit the space. Rik's approach was constructive and thorough, with good suggestions to make the job as neat as possible which I took up.
The installation went as well as I had hoped it would with all work completed efficiently and cleanly. Oil was transferred from tank to tank quickly after having been inspected for water, the old tank removed and the area of work tidied up on completion.
Based on the service I received, I would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Tanks.

My central heating/hot water oil storage tank was condemned and my oil supplier recommended me to Norfolk Tanks to quote for its replacement. Throughout the process of inspecting my old tank and its ground base in my garden, recommending a replacement, removing my old tank and supplying and fitting a new one, the representatives of the company provided a splendid customer service and one that was to time, spec and quoted cost. I am most impressed and I will certainly use them again should a need arise.

We had a oil tank which was cracking, so needed urgent replacement. Norfolk Tanks were competitively priced, and came out quickly. Their work was to a high standard, and their customer services was good.

The team from outset to completion have been brilliant. I had a fair few questions and they provided some good advice on what to consider when moving the oil tank. The team in the office, the site team and those who came to fit the tank were professional and friendly. Really cannot fault the approach and service.

Needed a replacement oil tank in a hurry, rang Adrian at Norfolk Tanks at 9.00am. he offered some good advice and recommended a steel tank from stock, it came with the correct fittings and was delivered by his two polite and helpful employees at 1.00pm on the same day, all at a competitive price.
