Very professional from site survey to changing the tank. We are very pleased with Norfolk Tanks. After the tank change everything was clean and spic and span. Would certainly recommend this firm.

A new oil tank installed in garden. Very friendly and competent workforce, no standing around. Just got on with the job. Everything was explained as to what and why they were doing it. They cleaned and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have just had a new Oil Tank installed to replace our old tank. From my initial contact with Norfolk tanks they have been so helpful and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions during the quotation stage. The Gentlemen that come to install the tank were friendly and very professional, explained everything once they had completed the work, left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

The 3 men who arrived were polite and professional.
I was so impressed with their work and behaviour that I immediately contacted Norfolk Tanks as soon as the men left to express my pleasure with the work done.

Our oil tank was installed over 20 years ago. We moved in about 18 months ago and realised we needed to up-date the tank. Adrian came to survey the back garden and pointed out that the pipe that ran from the tank to the boiler had a kink in it, so we decided to re-position the new tank.
Everything from the survey to installation was easy. The installers arrived promptly on installation day. They were friendly and professional. They installed a new base, installed the new tank and transferred the remaining oil from the old tank to the new one seamlessly. It was all a very straightforward process from start to finish.
