We had a crack in our oil tank, so this needed replacing. Simple quotation process which was carried out remotely to save time. Competitive pricing. The guys who turned up on the day were really conscientious of their work and tidying up after themselves (trees and roots had to be dug up as well as demolishing an old brick wall). Couldnt fault anything - nice to have work carried out by a reputable contractor. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing to replace their tank.

My old oil tank developed a serious crack and needed replacing. I Found Norfolk Tanks on the Trusted Traders website and noted very positive customer feedback. Within days, a site survey was made by company owner Adrian, who clearly has a in-depth knowledge about the subject. The estimate was clearly explained and accepted by me at the time of the survey. This estimate was subsequently e-mailed and formal acceptance to do the work was requested. Work was completed within two weeks of estimate by a team of three, headed by an experienced and very efficient fitter. A small deposit secured the job and payment made after completion.
All practical and administrative aspects of the work done was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Tanks.

I needed to have a central heating oil tank replaced. Norfolk Tanks were recommended by my plumber. The team explained the process and any issues clearly. They were polite and worked quickly, then gave me advice that made sure I didn’t damage my boiler when it was restarted.

Norfolk Tanks were great from start to finish; the staff in the office were friendly and helpful, guiding me to the best product for my needs. The three people who came to fit the tank couldn't have been lovelier - so polite and friendly. They completed the fitting very efficiently and explained clearly the details of the new app I needed to track my oil usage. Overall it was a very positive experience.

We wanted our tank moved, so it needed to be emptied, concrete pad laid, tank repositioned, refilled and connect pipe work. The office staff were friendly and efficient. The men doing the work were professional, polite and tidy. We are very pleased with the result. The Company’s attitude is honest and fair.

NORFOLK TANKS RECENTLY INSTALLED A NEW OIL TANK IN A NEW LOCATION OF OUR GARDEN.THEY ARRIVED ON TIME ON THE PRE-ARRANGED DAY.I WAS KEPT AWARE OF ALL STAGES OF THE INSTALLATION ,WHICH WAS VERY RE-ASSURING.THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AROUND THE GARDEN AND THERE WAS LIMITED DAMAGE CONSIDERING THE HEAVY MATERIALS AND MACHINES USED.I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SKILL AND SPEED OF THEIR WORK.CUSTOMER CARE WAS PARTICULARLY

They arrived at our property quickly , after we found we had an oil leak. They carried out a full assessment explained at each step what was needed and took the time to make sure we were happy with their suggestion.
On the day of the oil tanks replacement the team arrived and were polite and respectful to us and our property at all times and we are happy to recommend them to anyone with problems with their oil storage tank.

After the initial site survey and conformation that my old Oil tank could be replaced with a similar tank. As the old single skinned Titan had lasted over 23 years. I opted for the same tank again. The team arrived a few weeks later as arranged. They transferred the fuel from my old oil tank into a temporary tank they brought with them. Then removed the old tank and fitted my new tank and ensured no airlocks and the boiler fired up. They left the site neat and tidy and everything was quick and efficient. The team were friendly and I must say I would highly recommend them.

Norfolk Tanks replaced an oil tank. Everyone I dealt with, from Tania who answered my initial call and told me how to put a temporary stop to the leak, to Adrian, who runs the company and came out that evening to see what was needed and give us an estimate, was outstanding, professional and kind. The team who installed the new tank were great too. A very impressive company.
