New tank installed plus fireproof walling, new base and pipe work as necessary, plus draining of old tank and refilling to new one.
Efficient, knowledgeable staff, very clean and tidy operation all round, excellent service and friendly team. Very efficient office staff also who readily answered any queries. Would highly recommend Norfolk Tanks.

Oil tank replacement..Norfolk Tanks responded immediately to my initial enquiry with a confirmed booking for an assessment..the chap arrived on time, was very polite and provided an acceptable quote within a couple of days. Further appointment made to have the new tank installed..2 chaps arrived on time and very efficiently removed the existing tank and installed the new one..all completed within a couple of hours.
Communication with the company was excellent with all queries dealt with immediately.
I would definitely recommend Norfolk Tanks for such work.

Our old heating oil tank needed replacing, contacted Norfolk Tanks to supply and install a new bunded tank. They attended the same day to assess our needs, provide a set of options and provided costs.
We authorised the work and they arrived as planned and completed the installation, complying with current regulations, in the same day.
Very polite and helpful team who completed the installation and set up the monitoring system to advise the amount of oil in the tank.
Very happy and totally recommend Norfolk Tanks to anyone needing a quality heating oil tank replacement or installation.

From the moment I contacted Norfolk tanks regarding replacing my oil tank, I found them friendly, efficient and very helpful. The office staff were courteous and replied quickly. The on site staff were efficient, the new tank and it's surrounding area were left clean and tidy. I cannot fault them but would definitely recommend.

The existing oil tank was drained and lifted off an unstable, unsafe
base, which had been set up on two brick pillars, after the screening wooden panels had been taken down.
The pillars were removed and a new flat level base was created. The tank was refitted onto the base, primed and refilled ready for use. The site was cleaned and left in a tidy manner. The wooden panels were replaced.
The two employees were friendly, very helpful and showed good expertise.

We had a new oil tank fitted due to our old one being condemned by our oil supplier. They recommended Norfolk Tanks and the service we received from the initial phone call was excellent. We had a surveyor come out to look at where the tank would go and he talked us through our options. The quote was sent the following day and we were not hassled to make a decision.
We went ahead with the purchase, fixed a date for installation and the two guys that came to fit the tank did an excellent job. The old tank and all the rubble was taken away and they even helped with setting up the App so I could keep an eye on the amount of oil remaining in the tank.
I can highly recommend Norfolk Tanks to anyone who is looking to have a new oil tank fitted. An excellent customer experience from start to finish.

We had a watchman device supplied and installed so that we can easily track how much oil we have in the tank.
Great service from Tania based in the office to the lovey chap who fitted the device and explained how it worked.
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional people. We are delighted with the service and can highly recommend!
