We had a watchman device supplied and installed so that we can easily track how much oil we have in the tank.
Great service from Tania based in the office to the lovey chap who fitted the device and explained how it worked.
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional people. We are delighted with the service and can highly recommend!

Household oil tank replaced with new bunded tank.
Quotation process was very efficient - initially after a site visit and then updated because I did not proceed immediately. Very efficient office kept me updated but did not pester. There were challenges for the team getting the new tank in but it was achieved without any stress. Great job of clearing the old tank (and base) as well as preparing ground and laying substantial pavers. Oil from the old tank was transferred into a third tank and then returned to the new tank. The whole site was left in great order.

Norfolk Tanks fitted a new Bunded Oil Tank in my garden after I accepted their quote as a Norfolk Trusted Trader. It was a short delivery time, and they came when they said they would. The three-man team worked quickly and efficiently, even placing paving slabs under where the new tank would go. They finished the work in half a day and left the site clean and tidy.

The oil from the old tank was removed into a holding tank. The old tank was removed and a new one replaced it in accordance with the current regulations and the correct base. The fuel in the holding tank. was then transferred back into the new tank..

Old tank had jammed security valve and needed to be emptied, new valve fitted, then refilled. When your team arrived they found two hairline cracks in the tank and said it needed to be replaced. They supplied and fitted a new tank, incuding draining and refilling, all the space of an afternnon. Well done!

My oil tank was getting past its best so I needed a new tank.The service I received after contacting Norfolk tanks was brilliant it was put in with no problems at all.The staff were so helpful and patient explaining how to use the device that measures the oil which I can use on my iPad.I would recommend Norfolk Tanks.
