Excellent. Came the day after I rang them and fitted new tank within the week. The 2 lads that did the job really knew what they were doing and were very friendly. Did just what I asked for. Really good price. People in office were very good too.

Our oil tank was replaced and the old one removed. Our initial online enquiry was answered promptly by Tania, who quickly arranged an appointment for Adrian to visit and provide a quote. Adrian was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout, and the written quote arrived the same day.
The installation was carried out by two friendly and hardworking workmen, who completed the job within a couple of hours, tidied up thoroughly, and left no mess behind.
I would definitely recommend Norfolk Tanks to anyone needing an oil tank replacement. Their service was efficient, professional, and hassle-free.

Had old tank replaced and a new one installed in new location to meet regulations regarding proximity to fence. Company very reliable and did a very good job. Took away old tank and made everything neat and tidy before leaving. Second time we have used them and have no complaints at all.

Highly recommend this company to anyone, the two installers went over and above to make sure the job was completed in the most appalling weather conditions plus they overcame every obstacle that the site threw at them on the day.

At very short notice of 3 days they were able to visit the site , advise on the requirement, produce options and then supply, fit, connect and test the tank and pipework.
The work was of a high standard and staff were helpful and willing to meet the deadline.

Immediate response to request for survey and quotation. Clear explanation of work to be carried out; although one always has questions they wish they had asked at the time but never thought of them. My further questions were picked up immediately and answered courteously and in full. Crew turned up on appointed date - two very amiable and professional young men, who carried out the job flawlessly. Site was cleaned up, no damage was done and customer (me) was completely satisfied.

We had a crack in our oil tank, so this needed replacing. Simple quotation process which was carried out remotely to save time. Competitive pricing. The guys who turned up on the day were really conscientious of their work and tidying up after themselves (trees and roots had to be dug up as well as demolishing an old brick wall). Couldnt fault anything - nice to have work carried out by a reputable contractor. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing to replace their tank.

My old oil tank developed a serious crack and needed replacing. I Found Norfolk Tanks on the Trusted Traders website and noted very positive customer feedback. Within days, a site survey was made by company owner Adrian, who clearly has a in-depth knowledge about the subject. The estimate was clearly explained and accepted by me at the time of the survey. This estimate was subsequently e-mailed and formal acceptance to do the work was requested. Work was completed within two weeks of estimate by a team of three, headed by an experienced and very efficient fitter. A small deposit secured the job and payment made after completion.
All practical and administrative aspects of the work done was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Tanks.

I needed to have a central heating oil tank replaced. Norfolk Tanks were recommended by my plumber. The team explained the process and any issues clearly. They were polite and worked quickly, then gave me advice that made sure I didn’t damage my boiler when it was restarted.
