Our situation was not straightforward and Adrian patiently listened to all of our concerns, answered all of our questions and came up with a choice of solutions. The work was carried out in a timely and efficient manner and we are very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

The Guys arrived bang on time, did a brilliant job laying a new base for the new tank, they’d completed the job in 3 hours, which was appreciated as it meant we had no heating or hot water, causing us the minimum inconvenience. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company.

My oil tank leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Norfolk Tanks were out asap to sort the situation.
Within a week, new oil tank, new base laid and all old tank and rubbish sorted all in one day.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Very friendly and the gents working on my plot were so professional & understanding.

Norfolk Tanks installed a new domestic heating oil tank and concrete base for me as the old tank needed replacing. They carried out the site survey within a couple of hours of my phoning for a quote. I'd asked for a 2,500 litre tank but then decided an 1,800 would be fine - changing the order was no problem. They installed the new tank within 10 days of my placing the original order, despite it being one of their busiest times of the year (the run-up to Christmas). The installation team were well-organised, polite/cheery, clean/tidy and communicated brilliantly on the day to ensure that I was happy with the work done. Highly recommended.

The two gentlemen who carried out the work were knowledgeable and informative. They worked quickly and efficiently and everywhere was clean and tidy on completion.

Norfolk Tanks replaced our existing oil tank - and they were brilliant from start to finish. I called the office to explain what we needed and a site surveyor visited the next day to check feasibility and discuss best options. It was all explained very clearly and we felt very confident about the whole process. Price was competitive too. We only had to wait about three weeks before the two-man team arrived to replace the tank. Again, everything was explained and we knew exactly what was going to happen - very quick, very professional and efficient. The team made sure our boiler and Rayburn cooker were working perfectly before they departed, and the site was left clean and tidy. Excellent service, would highly recommend. Many thanks.

The guys did a fantastic job in removing a decommissioned 2,700l single skin steel oil tank. They had an excellent "can do" attitude with this challenging job due to it's position in a tight space in an outbuilding. The job was competitively priced and was carried out efficiently by a professional and friendly team - I would highly recommend Norfolk Tanks.

Exellent overall service on site and from the office.But there were issues over conversation regarding payment. The fact that I paid for the work promptly by cheque resulted in my getting repeated reminders although I had paid simply because cheques were not being banked promptly. Not my fault.

I had the oil tank replaced at my property in November 2024. I chose Norfolk Tanks because I had spoken to Adrian at length about an issue with the tank several months beforehand. He gave me free, friendly advice and I knew he was someone I could trust. When it became obvious that a replacement tank was required, Norfolk Tanks was the first company I contacted. Their communication, service and efficiency was second to none. I thoroughly recommend them.
