NBK - Norwich Bathrooms & Kitchens

We had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted recently. The initial meetings with Tony and Lauren for both projects were handled efficiently and professionally. All the staff were very courteous throughout and hardworking, and any issues we had were handled promptly in the office and on site. A special word of thanks to Stuart whose installation of our kitchen was exceptional and to Lee for his amazing plastering and decorating skills.
Unfortunately we did have a couple of issues during the bathroom installation however these problems were either rectified quickly or compensated for by Ryan and Millie at NBK. Another minor niggle was a lot of the furniture was delivered damaged which delayed completion of both rooms whilst awaiting delivery of replacements. We did feel this should have been checked in NBKs warehouse before being despatched.
All in all however we have been very happy with the work carried out by NBK and would definitely recommend them.

We had a complete bathroom refurbishment in April 2026 and are very happy with the finished product. NBK are a first class company. From design to installation everything went smoothly. James is an excellent designer, very friendly and helpful. Richard,the fitter,was absolutely brilliant, professional and skilful. The planning team ensured everything went smoothly; special mention to Ryan and Millie here. Any queries we had were quickly answered. After the installation they checked to make sure we were happy with everything. We would certainly use NBK again and would readily recommend them.

We had recently moved house and asked NBK to design and fit a new bathroom for us in March 2026. We had used NBK on 2 previous occasions and were therefore absolutely confident that they would provide an excellent, reliable service. NBK delivered a truly professional, first class service from start to finish, including excellent project management, highly skilled tradesmen, attention to detail, good quality products and excellent, timely communication. They are very customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble for them - the whole team, including the showroom and admin staff, work together to ensure they deliver customer satisfaction - they genuinely care. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or to recommend them to others.

The first time we used NBK it was for a bathroom renovation, we therefore knew choosing NBK again when looking to have a new kitchen and porch/cloakroom renovation we could expect top class customer service, quality fittings and superb attention to detail. We did not regret our decision. We are absolutely delighted that we now have a modern stylish kitchen to be proud of which has plenty of storage and seems much larger and brighter. Our cold unloved porch and cloakroom has been transformed into a warm, bright, inviting entrance to our home.

Replace bathroom with the bath being replaced by a walk in shower and sinks being replaced.Also tiles replaced by panelling and floor covering renewed.
Experience very good from the choices of materials and explanation provided by the sales and operational staff. the detail of what was on offer and eventually decided upon was excellent.
The actual replacement work was carried out by very helpful and competent staff .
Both of which were very tidy covering all carpets on the stairs and any other room they needed access to.
Staff at head office were in touch to ensure we were happy with all work done and were in contact withthe staff on site at least daily.

Ours was a big project involving building works to alter an existing extension, new roof with skylights, some character-building replumbing, flooring throughout and a new kitchen and utility room.
We would not hesitate to recommend Gareth and his team of professionals. The whole project was planned and executed to perfection, from design to completion. Without exception, everyone who worked on our project arrived on time, with a smile on their face, and provided a first-class service.
A special thanks goes to Ed who was involved throughout the project and fitted our kitchen. He promised us a sink to use before Christmas and he delivered. He also delivered our dream kitchen, translating Tony’s plans into reality. Ed went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect - just good enough was not good enough. The whole process of planning the work on our bathroom was carried out in an efficient and friendly manner. All options were explained thoroughly and possible problems explained. They worked within the budget which we set.
We were given plenty of choices to achieve the finish that we wanted.
The work was carried out efficiently. The fitter was friendly and efficient, always cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.
The end product was just what we were hoping for.
All the staff of NBK were easy to talk to and deal with.

Always polite and helpful and eager to make constructive suggestions which in our case was essential. Both in our eighties and new to the area we needed a lot of guidance and help. From the moment we walked in to the showroom we were greeted by Stuart and James and plans were put in to place. We were guided through the impending procedure by Ryan. John was assigned to carry out all the practical work. He was very thorough, always courteous and polite. All questions and suggestions were answered by Megan and Fiona in the office. Wet room installed in my parents bungalow. This included grab rails and seat as they have bad mobility issues. I was in contact with NBK Bathroom in Diss. I cannot fault there help and advice from the first phone call to the final completion date. The workman who fitted the bathroom was extremely hard working and respected my parents home. The company couldn't do enough for me and my parents. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

We have used NBK before and so were keen to use them again. Our house is 300 years old and we needed new bathrooms that worked with the house and an awareness of what working in old houses entails. We are delighted with the end results. Great care was taken by the entire team from start to finish of the process of designing and installing our bathrooms. All members of the team were considerate throughout the time working in our house.

Found the staff at Diss showroom extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The staff were very patient with no rushing so I could make sure I was happy with the look that I wanted. Had lots of suggestions as well to help me. Everything ran very smoothly and on time. The fitter was brilliant and I felt very comfortable with him and the rest of the team when they needed to visit. Overall was very well looked after and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

This is the third time I have used NBK which is a recommendation in itself. Their customer service is exemplary. From initial contact in the Diss showroom to the designer's interpretation of what I wanted to achieve in my bathroom refit within my budget, and then an excellent installation by the fitter, the project management was superb. Sometimes unexpected challenges arise in older properties but their experience enabled them to find a compatible solution to the problem.
Needless to say I am a very happy customer.

We have just had a new kitchen installed by NBK and we would recommend them very highly. Stuart was very helpful doing the initial design, he listened and managed to accommodate all our requests, including a lowered counter as I'm on the short side, and a bespoke open shelving unit to maximise the light coming through. Ryan and Millie were wonderful doing the project management and let us know when things were happening, and all the tradesmen involved did a really good job - especially Ashley who did the bulk of the install.
NBK weren't cheap but it's been excellent value for money as we've now got a kitchen that not only looks really good and is very well-built, but is also a pleasure to cook in, and we've had lots of positive comments on it from visitors.

We created a new bathroom space from a disused bedroom and tiny bathroom. NBK then transformed the space into one huge master bathroom. The end result is amazing and we were extremely pleased with the service and quality of products and installation we received. The fitters, Damien in particular, were always on time and worked hard to product an ultra professional job. They were polite, friendly and extremely willing to please. The managers at NBK kept us informed during the whole process and were easy to deal with. The whole 4 week NBK project was easy and fuss free and the end result was brilliant. We thoroughly recommend NBK and their services.

The company has been a pleasure to deal with from outset to completion, as always.Everything was done in the timeframe projected and the staff and workmen were very professional, efficient, considerate and helpful. At the end of every day they tidied and cleaned up to cause the least inconvenience for us.
In recent months I have had some very unsatisfactory dealings with other companies being incompetent and no sense of customer care so working with NBK has been a joy and re established my faith that some people do still have pride in their work, and care.
