We have used him before and have a very good relationship with him.

He installed a bathroom and re-tiled our kitchen, in previous years.

Install power shower & Towel warmer radiator plus change gold taps and installed for chrome. Mr Lloyd is a charming and trustworthy man to do business with and faced my problematic with a calm positive attitude.

Replace bath shower mixer and install vanity basin unit in place of bathroom basin & pedestal. Rob was very helpful. Whilst doing the work, he kept me informed as he went along- letting me know what he was doing and checking. I was happy with the work done so far. Whilst doing the work he identified a leak at the stop cock which had occurred before he started the work he gave me additional time.

Unblock drains and mend broken waste pipe and traps. Mr Lloyds was very friendly, easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do and what was involved. He worked around our staff & caused little or no disruption.

Supply and fit one new radiator – relocate new radiator. Meticulous workmanship. No mess at all.

Burst pipe in hall- pipe repaired & ceiling replaced inc. re Artex and paint. I am entirely satisfied with this firm. Very helpful and very professional in their approach to what work need to be done with very little disruption. Would use them again.

Complete bathroom refit. Mr Lloyd had a tricky task to remove our old bathroom and ceiling from our very old cottage, and had a huge amount of patience with the level of difficulty.

He was extremely helpful in suggesting types of fittings which would be compatible in an older property.

The end result is superb and we are delighted with it.

Replace Victorian lavatory cistern with matching one & de humidifier to dry out after leak. Mr Rob Lloyd was so considerate, very polite & reliable. He rang me several times to see if the de humidifier was working well. I will certainly be using him again in the future.

Install bathroom into victorian terrace removing disused chimney The work was designed and completed to an excellent standard and effort was put into keeping costs down. This is a rental property and it was important to make the project economical. The existing bathroom was in a state which would not pass building inspection and the bathroom was damp and cold. The young family who live here were expecting a child and the work including an extra door was surprisingly completed before the birth. I would use this firm again.

Total refurb of bath /shower room inc shower pump & heated tower rail & extract fan. I would have no hesitation for recommending Mr. Lloyd to other people, or to use his service again. Highly professional with great pride in the quality of his work, he is always prepared to go that extra mile. Very importantly, he always lets you know what is going on and keeps his promises.

Paint walls of a hall (small), 1 small wall – wallpaper! Hang 3 doors – ceiling emulsion. Wanted £600 – but he agreed to match quote already had £250! Paintwork was not sanded down painting patchy – 1 coat not 2 as charged – had to point out mistakes on ceiling painting wallpaper full of bubbles. Pointed out flaws on doors to be hung – but went ahead & hung them anyway. Didn’t start day promised. Mr. Lloyd is definitely not a painter & decorator. Job had to be redone.

Secure a rental property following a break in. Very happy with the service provided. A small job but carried out in short notice to a high standard. Would recommend to others requiring a highly professional service.

Change of bathroom to shower with new sink and tiles change of toilet to match the bathroom. I was recommended to Lloyds property services and I would certainly recommend them to others. Mr. Lloyds is a very good plumber always checking his customer is happy in all he is doing.

Replace existing worktops and kitchen sink. The quality of work was carried out to perfection and far exceeded my expectation. Many thanks to a very skilled and professional team, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Fix WC leak, replace skirting, re-tile, replace flooring, re-paint, stain block. Rob is always prompt, reasonable and professional. He does what he says he will do, at the time agreed and for the price quoted. He has been invaluable to us as we live 600 miles from our house which is rented out. He also understands the requirements of a landlord and factors these in.

Replace broken main stopcock. First used firm some 7 years ago to install new bathroom, with which I have been very satisfied. Good, reliable service.
