Change over customers own sink & tap. Clear blocked central heating system with power flush. Compared to various other quotes (where do some of these other companies get their prices). A very big 10/10.

Replace radiator in lounge plus new radiator in conservatory. Mr Lloyd carried out work for me in conjunction with a local builder. I found his manner courteous, friendly but professional, and I would have no hesitation recommending him. Nor would I have had any objection to him working unattended in my home as I felt he was trustworthy.

Split flem hose to basin tap & second tap not functioning. Replaced hose & corrected tap fault. Helpful & kind man, flexible with carrying out the work. Worked tidy, explained problem and ways of repair. Very happy with the work completed at a good price. Well worth the call.

Supply and fit new shower re tile walls. Supply and fit new bath & basin taps. Pleased with quality of work, helpful and trustworthy.

Old shower area re-tiled; new tray and waste fitted; shower mixer installed and tiling around bath and sink done as well. From the moment we met Rob and he came to give us a quote, we were comfortable with him and confident that he would give us what we wanted. He started when stated and even though halfway though, he had some personal issues to sort out, he kept us informed and finished the work as soon as he could. He was polite and worked tidily and completed any changes we requested in a timely manner. He also did some extra tiling at the end for us. We would definitely recommend him to someone looking for any plumbing or tiling work to be done.

Replace damaged central heating pipe concealed in stud wall. Then repair damaged wall. I have used the services of Lloyds Property Services, on several occasions and Rob Lloyd has always been helpful, professional and clear in his explanations of what the work will entail, any charges being discussed in detail. I have had 2 burst pipe emergencies and both times he responded promptly. I would not bother to call anyone but Rob Lloyd for my plumbing needs.

Change radiator in bathroom & correct faults in c/h system & boiler service & efficiency test.

Rebuild leaking shower. Fix leaking bath & repairs to wash basin, water softener & hall ceiling. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Not the cheapest but not unreasonable and in my view definitely someone you can trust to do a good job.

Reset immersion thermostat. Stopped main stop lock from leaking & changed ball valve in loft. Extremely happy with all aspect of the work and would definitely use this firm again.

Replace bath with new offset quadrant shower enclosure and basin taps and new ceramic cistern. Rob was friendly and explained what he was going to do, and he takes pride in his work.

Complete revamp of bathroom inc. shower & pump, bath, basin & loo. New basin in w/c plastered walls & decorated. Happy with the quality of materials & workmanship. Time scale of job was extended due to clashes with other jobs and lack of co-ordination with other sub-contractor.

Supply and fit frameless shower enclosure and fit customers new shower mixer and riser rail. Rob was very professional and went the extra mile to help me when it turned out I had ordered the wrong size shower enclosure! I would highly recommend Rob and would definitely use again.
