Complete revamp of the house. I found the details of Lloyds Property Services in the Trusted Trader book.
This is the first time I have used the firm and I would certainly use them again.
All of the work has been done to a high standard and the house has been completely transformed. I am delighted with the result.

Supply and fit new shower re tile walls. Supply and fit new bath & basin taps. Pleased with quality of work, helpful and trustworthy.

Old shower area re-tiled; new tray and waste fitted; shower mixer installed and tiling around bath and sink done as well. From the moment we met Rob and he came to give us a quote, we were comfortable with him and confident that he would give us what we wanted. He started when stated and even though halfway though, he had some personal issues to sort out, he kept us informed and finished the work as soon as he could. He was polite and worked tidily and completed any changes we requested in a timely manner. He also did some extra tiling at the end for us. We would definitely recommend him to someone looking for any plumbing or tiling work to be done.

Fix leaking bath waste and repair hall ceiling below. Supply & fit new chrome heated tower rail.

Replace damaged central heating pipe concealed in stud wall. Then repair damaged wall. I have used the services of Lloyds Property Services, on several occasions and Rob Lloyd has always been helpful, professional and clear in his explanations of what the work will entail, any charges being discussed in detail. I have had 2 burst pipe emergencies and both times he responded promptly. I would not bother to call anyone but Rob Lloyd for my plumbing needs.

Change radiator in bathroom & correct faults in c/h system & boiler service & efficiency test.

Rebuild leaking shower. Fix leaking bath & repairs to wash basin, water softener & hall ceiling. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Not the cheapest but not unreasonable and in my view definitely someone you can trust to do a good job.

Reset immersion thermostat. Stopped main stop lock from leaking & changed ball valve in loft. Extremely happy with all aspect of the work and would definitely use this firm again.

Replace bath with new offset quadrant shower enclosure and basin taps and new ceramic cistern. Rob was friendly and explained what he was going to do, and he takes pride in his work.

Cold tap at kitchen sink not working – repaired inc. change tap washer. Job completed swiftly and efficiently. Plumber clean, polite and efficient.

Complete revamp of bathroom inc. shower & pump, bath, basin & loo. New basin in w/c plastered walls & decorated. Happy with the quality of materials & workmanship. Time scale of job was extended due to clashes with other jobs and lack of co-ordination with other sub-contractor.

Supply and fit frameless shower enclosure and fit customers new shower mixer and riser rail. Rob was very professional and went the extra mile to help me when it turned out I had ordered the wrong size shower enclosure! I would highly recommend Rob and would definitely use again.

Supply and fit railings and gate to outside dustbin store area.

Leaking showers-repair to one. Total shower refit to en-suite. Rob is a very personable & professional tradesman. Quickly built up a very good working relationship. Methodical & logical in his approach and most importantly 100%.

Old shower cubicle removed and new shower cubicle installed. I would recommend this contractor to any person who requires a good installation and professional workmanship.

Install power shower & Towel warmer radiator plus change gold taps and installed for chrome. Mr Lloyd is a charming and trustworthy man to do business with and faced my problematic with a calm positive attitude.

Supply and fit bath/shower mixer and basin taps. Plus retile bathroom. Excellent work from start to finish. Informative every step aim’s to please customer. Very clean and tidy workmanship. Would use again and would recommend to all.

Replace bath shower mixer and install vanity basin unit in place of bathroom basin & pedestal. Rob was very helpful. Whilst doing the work, he kept me informed as he went along- letting me know what he was doing and checking. I was happy with the work done so far. Whilst doing the work he identified a leak at the stop cock which had occurred before he started the work he gave me additional time.

Unblock drains and mend broken waste pipe and traps. Mr Lloyds was very friendly, easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do and what was involved. He worked around our staff & caused little or no disruption.
