To update bathroom including the following.
To remove all existing wall tiles and existing shower.
To re plumb shower due to new combi boiler, then install customers own shower.
To re-tile walls around bath, splashback above basin and windowsill.
To re-fit existing bath screen with new seal on bottom edge.
To fit new taps supplied by customer to basin and bath in bathroom and basin in cloakroom.
-Rob is a lovely man, very friendly and chatty. As a single younger female I felt comfortable with him being in my house without me present and would recommend him as someone who is very trustworthy.
-Rob tends to take his time with the job, this means a good quality finish, but also that the job may take longer than expected. It might be useful to get a projected end date for the work, although this may change.
-Rob''s work is very good value for money. He completed all work planned.
-I would definitely recommend him and have done so to my neighbour.

Rob at Lloyds Property Services did a great job of replacing an un working toilet and putting in a new sink where there was no sink. He also sorted out my walls with a lovely bit of plastering.
It''s only an outside loo, but it is certainly a very smart and functional room now.
I can highly recommend Rob and if I need any other work doing I will use Lloyds Property Services again

Replace Kitchen Sink and worktops I wanted my kitchen sink and work tops replacing but keeping the existing fitted units and wall tiles. Rob was extremely helpful in finding suitable worktops and a sink which he ordered and arranged to be delivered. He started the work on the agreed date and managed to remove the old worktops without damaging any of the tiles. He installed the new tops and sink and cut a hole for the cooker hob. He renewed the old waste pipes and repaired the cupboard beneath the sink.
I was very pleased with the new tops and sink and it has made a big difference to the kitchen without having to replace the tiles and cupboards. Rob managed to keep the disruption to a minimum and left the kitchen as tidy as possible at the end of each day. I found him very helpful and efficient and would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone else.

Complete bathroom change and restyled Can not praise Rob enough, from start to finish very professional and makes you feel in good hands. Also his aftercare keeping in touch and making sure everything working to our satisfaction, Transformed our bathroom, a joy to use.

Replace kitchen sink and the tap with new one.

Install customers own shower pump and 1 x bath and 2 X basin taps. Rob's work is of a very high quality. He took his time to explain how to isolate hot and cold water. I would certainly approach him to do further work.

Supply and fit new fill.
Valve and isolator. Very decent person and professional.

Update bathroom, including removing old tiles and flooring, removing and replacing bath and basin wastes. Retiling, new floor, new taps etc. Rob was friendly and efficient and carried out the work as agreed.

Remove period Victorian high level WC and repair flush mechanism and supply fit new pan connector and flush cone. Rob was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly, efficient and able to overcome challenges caused by the unusual plumbing layout.

Replace customers own 1200 X 900 quad shower enclosure with a new one. Had to wait for the firm to complete another job and also organize help with the job because the shower enclosure was very heavy. Once their arrangements were in place a firm start/finish date was given and adhered to. We would definitely use the services of Lloyds Property Services again. The staff were polite and answered any questions we had. They arrived at our house and got on with the job - we were completely satisfied with the work carried out.

Retile our bathroom, fit mixer taps, new sink taps, and fit a new radiator. Really nice chap, done a lovely job of our bathroom, would use him again.

Replace 2 x radiators inc.
Moving pipes below floor. System flush & inhibitor added. I have used Rob on several occassions now and am always happy with his high quality of work and proffessionalism. Highly reccommended.

Take out old shower and replace with new. Rob did a great job taking out my old shower and putting in a new one. Communication was great, he was very reliable and I always knew what was happening and when. He''s also a really nice bloke and the whole experience was stress free. I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Supply and fit new w/c cistern to cloakroom.

Two replacement radiators obtained and fitted, old ones taken off, system drained and replenished. Very quick work at short notice and very communicative and helpful throughout. I thought price very reasonable also for work involved.

Replace existing recessed shower valve with new surface mounted one. Inc. tiling and pipe work. Everything was very satisfactory and is working well.

Fit customer own venetian blinds. We would be very confident to call Rob Lloyd for any work required in future, fair price, excellent work carried out. Highly recommended.

Tiling to the kitchen walls. The tiling was carried out to a very professional standard. This is the third time we have used Rob and each time, have been very pleased with the results. Rob is very friendly and trustworthy & happy to help with suggestions if, like I was, a little unsure of what I wanted. Wouldn''t hesitate to use this firm again, are thinking of using them again for our bathroom, sometime in the new year. Am very pleased with the final results!!

Replace defective shower valve with new thermostatic lever action shower valve. Felt very comfortable would recommend in a heartbeat.

Supply and fit new saniflow macerator pump. An excellent and reliable service in every respect.
