Clear all gutters on 2 storey house. Clean conservatory roof & all windows sills etc. Jonathan – called back promptly after I left a message and came to see the gate as arrange we agreed a fixed price. Work was done on time & as agreed. Jonathan was at all times easy to work with & a pleasure to have around the house.

Clear Gutters on semi detached house (and down pipe) fit a gutter ball and clean up. Was very happy with his work and how he cleared everything up. Nice friendly man.

Fit set and check P I R for outdoor lighting. This was to replace a PIR which had failed, I supplied the new PIR. I can no longer climb or work from ladders, steps, trestles.

Replacing back gate, painting front door & fixing lock. Again Jonathan did an excellent job and was fantastic all round. I have already recommended him to a friend. And if some job needed doing, for which the landlord would not pay, he would be my first point of call.

Painting front door, buying & fitting new side gate cost to include labour & materials. The property is tenanted and the work has not been inspected by the landlord. However, the tenant has requested the jobs have been done to a high standard and he was friendly and courteous.

We had a blocked pipe which did not allow us to use our wash basin. Jonathan Parker identified the cause and solved the problem by his efficient work. Jonathan is very friendly, professional and efficient man. We did appreciate his hard work and behavior.
