Fixed Downpipes to wall. Refitted garage door lock. Jonathan has done work for me before. He is polite, punctual and always does a good job.

Gutter cleaning & repairing.

Clean out all gutters and drain hoppers. Excellent work, even repaired same cracks with silicone in the gutter at no extra charge. Also cleaned up really well afterwards.

Treating shed and summer house with wood preservative, having treated with algae preservative in advance. Once weather settled, the work was carried out promptly and efficiently.

-Adjust shower door so that it opens and shuts properly.
-Adjust and tighten window handle. Jonathan diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in his usual efficient and courteous manner.

1) Painting lounge (one) wall, 2 bedroom walls.
2) New sealant on bath.
3) Putting bolt(securing)existing back gate. I would highly recommend Jonathan Parker for those jobs around the house. He is pleasant, friendly but professional and very neat and tidy. He is reliable and does what he says he will do. Very reasonable price for the jobs I had done. Definitely will have him do work in my house again.

A wood panel taken down from the roof of my house, also metal brackets that had to be sawn off with an electric saw. cleaning out 2 separate pieces of guttering also the washing of them. He also made good a piece of concrete that broke off, he will come back tomorrow to check out if has been successful. Jonathan Parker introduced himself to me straight away this morning, he had already met my husband and agreed the work and price of the work to be done. He arrived within 10 mins of his due time. We had a good conservation over a coffee before he started. Throughout his time here, he kept me informed of the work as he was doing it! He is indeed a very pleasant man, whilst here he got on with the job, he didn't stand around doing nothing. We only spoke again at length after he had finished his work. I would thoroughly recommend him to my family and friends. A very pleasant and happy man who knows what he is talking about.

Shed roof re felt build shelves in shed minor fixing includes materials. Jonathan was excellent. He was competent friendly and punctual. He gave realistic estimated of his availability the prioritized tasks with me to ensure my most urgent task got done that week. Thank you.

Fixing a new Lower unit to bathroom wall. Excellent work, very helpful. More requested further work in near future.

Fitting and cutting kick-back for kitchen, and fitting and cutting shelving. Jonathan was punctual, efficient and did an excellent job. He left the premises neat and tidy.

Clean brickwork round windows after silicon left lay glazion. Build wooden box to contain large pots of plants. As usual, excellent work from a pleasant worker.

Installation of 4 window boxes, made of steel. Fitting bay window curtain pole. Fitting two other curtain poles. Jonathan went out of his way to do an excellent job for me. Because of my house being very old, he spent time adjusting the materials and fittings so they all look great and level(despite house not being level!) Jonathan was very tidy and attentive to my preferences. I look forward to using his services again for future projects.

Inserting new fence panel and stabilising old fence posts. Very good results. Well done.

Decorating Kitchen. Painting ceiling walls, doors and skirting. Cost was for second tranche. I think I already sent in a review for the prep. work done a month ago (which was excellent)

Putting up a heavy mirror over fireplace, into plastered walling. Putting up 3rd curtain tracks into concrete lintels. Very good workmanship, clean and tidy finishing.

Replace pull cord switches for two overhead lights. Installation of anew smoke alarm. Jonathan dealt exceptionally well with three fairly small jobs (at short notice). But which I wanted to be attended urgently.

Clean and clear gutters. Well satisfied.
