I had to wait nearly a year from first submitting a specification for a 8KW peak solar PV array with a 10KW storage battery until installation as this company is very busy.
The wait was worthwhile as I am so pleased with the system.
The clarification process of the specification leading to the final tender including a house survey visit by Luke and great communication from Peter Operations Manager throughout was first class.

Installation, headed by electrician Steve, went smoothly at the date specified taking 4 days resulting in a quality job with concealed cabling to the control equipment mounted neatly on the garage wall.

The system is performing as expected, supplying the house demand as well as diverting surplus energy by a MyEnergy Eddie to heat the hot water storage cylinder immersion heater and charging my EV MyEnergy Zappi on free solar energy.

Green Home Energy removed our solar PV panels so that we could have repairs carried out on our roof. Once the roof work was complete they replaced wiring which had been damaged by birds and carefully re-installed the panels, ensuring that they were optimised for maximum electricity generation. They then added bird-proof wiring around the panels to prevent birds from nesting underneath.

The team members were all friendly, ultra-reliable and very conscientious, taking time to ensure that the work was carried out properly.

The Green Home Energy engineers arrived at the agreed time and started work straight away. They were efficient,polite, friendly and carried out the work with as little impact as possible to our home. They also cleared up the work areas and left everything tidy. They showed me what they had fitted at the various places where they worked and explained the new system layout.

Green Home Energy Solutions provided us with the confidence we needed to place an order with them. We found them to be competitively priced (not the cheapest). Scaffolding was erected prior to the start date and the installation of panels together with cabling and inverter was completed within a single day. We were generating power from the sun that same day! We had a 6 month delay caused by a shortage of Tesla batteries which was out of the control of Green Home Energy Solutions. When the battery became available we were advised of when the installation could take place, the battery was installed within a day and has been operating since. We did have an electrical problem shortly after the solar panel installation however Green Home Energy Solutions acknowledged the fault and rectified this without undue delay free of charge and with no hassle - Very good service, we highly recommend them.
