Set of built-in, floor-to-ceiling shelves - making, installing and painting. We were very pleased with the work that the two members of staff carried out at our house. After I''d agreed the quotation, they made a preliminary visit to check the measurements and requirements, and completed the work to a very high standard in less than two days. They were tidy and left no mess at the end of the job, which was brilliant! I''m very happy to recommend the company''s services.

Replacement of various double glazed sealed units in my father''s property that is currently let. County Property Services Ltd have been carrying out necessary maintenance and repairs to my father''s property for a number of years while it is currently let, their service has always been very reasonable in terms of cost/workmanship and prompt and I am happy to continue using their services.

A complete refurbishment of a very old and dated bathroom.
This included all removing a wall, bricking up a doorway, new electrics, re-siting pipework for sanitary ware and heating, plastering, plumbing, flooring,decorating, tiling, fixing furniture, and fittings.
Plus removal of all rubbish. I cannot commend this company highly enough. I originally thought the price quoted was a bit on the high side, but on completion I am absolutely delighted with the finished result.. The standard of work was faultless and everything was left clean and shining as a new pin. I’ve always had clearing up to do after builders, but these guys were brilliant.
This is a holiday home for me, so I was not on site during the work, but I was kept up to date on the progress, and it was all done without any fuss or hassle. It’s been the most ‘stress free’ refit I’ve ever known!
I’ve already asked them to quote for another job, and would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced chimney pot and fitted cowl. Re pointed to rectify internal leaks. Very pleased with the work. Chris and Trevor also replaced 5 damaged roof tiles.

To replace a broken reinforced glass skylight (app, 6 ft x 4 ft) on a steeply sloping roof. The damage occurred during, very cold weather with heavy snow and ice which left the glass in a dangerous position.
CPS - County Property Services, dealt with this tricky problem and responded quickly when the glass supplied has found to be the wrong size.

The team is multi skilled so there wasn't any job that they couldn't do.
The work was of an exceptionally high standard, completed in good time and reasonably priced.

Installing new en-suite shower room in old utility, installing new kitchen, flooring, LED sport lights, boiler, cooker, upholstery and decorating. Removing old bathroom suite, installing brand new suite and decorating. Re-carpentry stairs handing. Fantastic serve and workmanship completed and great standard and within a very quick turnaround for the work required (approx 10 days).
House was kept clean and tidy and Trevor was very helpful throughout the whole process and achieved all of our requirements.
All communication was via phone and email and the completed job was outstanding.

Installing a dishwasher including new plumbing. Extending work top and tiling over dishwasher. Work completed quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Very pleased with outcome.

Repair and re-tiling in bathroom, papering and painting in lounge and small bedroom, cleaning, guttering and painting to exterior of property. Friendly, efficient and reliable. Renovation of terraced house in Norwich including replacement kitchen, and bathroom and complete re plastering. Unexpected work came from joists not joined to wall (not known until kitchen roof removed ). Trevor and his team provided detailed quotes, kept to them and additional work, which could not have been for seen, was priced extremely fairly, including costs coming in lower than quoted. Trevor was always available, met us on site and only submitted his final invoice once we were satisfied all work was complete. Couldn't recommend him higher.
