Fault – no signal due to bad connection in wire outside which shorted the power supply. Remedy – repair of connection & fit new power supply. We bought a new recorder and had a problem fixing it up, so we phoned these good people. They came out in the snow and the recorder was faulty, we got it exchanged and they came out again in the snow and programmed it in for us. We are 83 and 77 years old. Marvelous.
