Supply & fit new TV aerial to fix problem with 3 televisions in the house. Really friendly guy came to house. Problem not as simple as first thought. He talked me through the problem and advised of the new cost to get my agreement before proceeding. Very good customer service & great job. Well done John.

Replace aerial and pole junction box and cable.

Freesat dish installations replaced neighbour’s v. old dish, providing two outlets, to neighbours and to our premises. Extremely courteous, efficient and clean work, and took trouble to give advice about PVR.

New TV amplifier in loft and coax cable. Tested signal first. Returned TV and tested box. John removed his shoes as soon as he arrived. He explained what he was doing all the time. Used his ladder to go into loft. Very polite person and knows his job. Excellent.

Install T.V. Aerial and remove existing aerial. Kept informed at all times of visit times and helped manage expectations. You get what you pay for. Probably slightly more expensive than some but professional service and completion. Would recommend this firm.

Install freesat dish & connections. Check terrestrial system & modify/improve. Very friendly, helpful and obliging personnel. Freesat receiver not yet installed so dish still to be tested. Personnel appeared extremely competent. Terrestrial reception definitely improved. Anticipate that Freesat will work ok. Difficult to find anything unfavorable to say.

1 extension point added to aeriel, 6 way splitter added. The workmen were very professional & very helpful, going above what they were asked to do. One thing though (a small one) - my invoice is made out to Mrs - please don't assume everyone, is married - it’s quite old fashioned!

Six Ariel connected together in loft and booster and Ariel leads. Extremely satisfied cheerful and tidy. Very professional. This attitude to the work is rare to find these days.
