Trevor installed a Freeview aerial in my loft, as well as a signal booster in my lounge. He managed to install the aerial and booster box on his first visit to my property, which was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring.

I subsequently had a problem with my TV reception a few weeks after the installation. I contacted Trevor via his Broadland Aerials Facebook page, and he replied straight away. I was very impressed with this, as it was a Sunday evening. He visited promptly the following week to rectify the issue and did not charge for this.

Providing and fitting of a new TV aerial . Trevor responded to my initial contact very quickly and arranged a visit at my convenience.
When he visited, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Work completed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.

Replacement of aerial and booster box to remedy problem of two TVs with no signal Work carried out professionally and successfully, keeping us aware of what was needed.

Supply, fit, and commission new satellite dish, quad LNB, coaxial cable and terminations. I telephoned Broadland Aerials to enquire about upgrading our existing satellite receiver due to purchasing a modern Freesat box with a recording function. A window of time was offered to examine the current receiver setup, the next day.

The visit and inspection was carried out at the agreed time, and a quote was given with all options, works, equipment, methods, and materials explained in full.

We had not requested quotes from any other suppliers, so didn''t necessarily have a minimum or maximum figure in mind, but Broadland Aerials figure for the works was very agreeable.

About an hour later, the works and commissioning were complete, and exactly as described. We were kept well informed during the whole process, and Trevor was both professional and personable throughout.

Our property was left clean and tidy, and we were left with the guarantee that help was only a phone call away should we experience any issues.

No signals to any of the three TV's I live on my own with no TV. It was a weekend and so I didn't think I would get anyone to visit.
However, Broadland Aerials would not leave me with no TV over the weekend was trilled with the work and grateful for the visit.

Reconnection of existing aerial and new aerial box and coax Excellent service, arrived on time and quickly determined that it was possible to use the existing aerial. Wires placed externally and out of sight. New TV point and coax cable. Set the television up without asking. All neat and tidy.

Fitting a new TV aerial. Trevor was extremely helpful we had thought we would need to chase walls but he managed to put cabling down the back of an outside pipe saving us a lot of work and expenses.

Fitting of a digital aerial on a new-build property. Very friendly and professional service. We needed a digital aerial for a new house, and research led me to Broadland Aerials. I dropped them a message on Facebook and Terry was on the phone in no time to get a date arranged. When the engineer came out he was very knowledgeable and got things set up in no time. He checked the signals, fitted a cable and adaptor (all part of the price) and then checked the TV was working fine. Great service!

A few days later we noticed we were getting a lot of picture break-up, so I contacted Terry again and he had the engineer back within days, who double-checked the readings and confirmed everything was spot-on, and that it may well be the TV itself. We were planning to replace it anyway, but given the symptoms I wasn''t 100% sure that was the problem. Got a new TV and sure enough the problem was gone, so they were absolutely right. Am very grateful for the advice, professionalism and excellent customer service.

They have a mobile card reader to take payment, and when you sign-off the work they leave you the pen to keep.

Installing aerial in loft and checking TV's worked well. Very pleased with the service and he left everything tidy. He knew his job and carried it out professionally.

Fixed new aerial to TV, and external cable down to living room and internal cable into bedroom. So friendly, so helpful polite and courteous would recommend.
