I am 80 year old and arthritic with a husband in a wheelchair. I tried for half an hour to light my Aga to no avail. 30 min lying on my side on a hard floor no result. Rang my Aga agent who suggested that the oil was not turned on. Oil supply off. Not only that the oil delivery man found that they had left the cap on top open.

As it was just before Christmas the work needed to be done fairly quickly.
