Conservatory. Overall satisfied had to request re-visit due to floor not being floated off/finished & this was tricky. Came straight out & replace fascia which fell off. Quoted charge for changing our mind over plastering one wall was unreasonable so went privately for this work.

Six double glazed windows. Pleased with work carried out.

9 UPVC windows. 7 window boards. 1 back door to be installed. I could not have asked for a more perfect job, from salesman to fitters. This firm really does work as a well-oiled team. Thank you & well done.

Ground work & fitting of a lean-to conservatory. Unfortunately, the firm we used were not very good on keeping to timescales. We were told the base would be laid within one week of the surveyors assessment. The work did not commence, until, at least, a month later, every week, we were told it would be the following week.

Patio door. Two very good workers, & clean. Whatever they go to work. They should be appreciated.

Price for 2 phases. Just had phase 1 done - brilliant. These doors/windows were in desperate need of replacement. Product in lovely keeping with period style & finish "foil" (wood grain) - all lovely! First saw product at stand at Norfolk show. Absolutely delighted with finished job. Workmen, Gavin & Phoenix were excellent, worked really hard, clean & tidy (wouldn't even know they been here-apart from new windows/doors). Can't wait for phase 2 now (front of cottage) in March - and will have back of cottage done too now sooner rather than later. Thank you-very pleased.

Replace up and over garage door with door and window. Replace existing rear door with side front with new plastic door etc. replace Ariel window with PVC window. The staff did an excellent job. They were good mannered and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very proud of the Arial window replacement and even took photos!

PVCU frames roofline. Works at:1 Sydney Dye Court Sporle PE32 2EE. Would recommend SSGE to anyone.

1 PVCu window.

PVCu door for single garage & replacement for wooden area. No problems. Manager & team worked well as usual. They had previously provided a new glass roof for our conservatory and replaced guttering and down pipes for the whole of the bungalow.

Door & side panels. We have been using SSGE for many years, both at our current house and our previous house. We have had a number of different products & services which include - replacement guttering (whole house) twice, cladding, fascia boards, conservatory, replacement door, soffits. Very satisfied with all.

French door (PVCu). Great completed task, however it took some time for small alteration to work to be completed – I had to ring several times to ensure this happened over a 4 week period after initial installation. The team onsite was excellent. Had to ring to ascertain originally when door would be put in after 9 week wait as had no word. Was given 8-10 weeks expected wait. They just needed to keep in touch better.
