Very pleased with the service right from the start. Had trouble opening my French doors but John fixed it for me even though I was having new ones, just to help me for the time being. When the men came they were very nice and friendly and just got on with the job. New conservatory roof and new French doors all done in one and a half days. All tidied after. Will use again.

Replace all doors and windows in 3 bed semi No waiting for quote which was provided by Andrew at the time of initial sales visit. Both he and John the surveyor were friendly and accommodating, listened to my needs, offered advice and lots of information, no hard sell whatsoever. Reasonable fair price quoted for the work. Unfortunately following the initial visit I then heard nothing from the company for 6 weeks despite being advised that the surveyor would visit in 2-3 weeks and manufacture and installation in a further 4-5. Having to chase at every stage of the process shouldn''t have to happen, they may be busy with other work but keeping customers informed and updated with regard to anticipated timescales is essential in my opinion. (My installation took place 4 months after the initial visit). I''m very happy to say that it went extremely well, the installers were terrific - punctual,friendly, considerate, and worked professionally and quickly leaving no mess whatsoever. They worked to a high standard and were a pleasure to have in the house for three days. I''m very happy with the quality of the windows and doors which the company manufacture themselves. I would definitely use SSGE again but suggest that they please remember to keep their customers updated with regard to delays in timescales, I''m not the first reviewer to mention this!

Fitted 16 windows and 3 doors to bungalow and replaced gutters
The 16 windows included a 7 section bay window to the lounge. The work was carried out to a very high standard.
I had two team here for the just 2 days and one team for the rest of the week. 5 days were allowed for the work completed in 4.
The workman were polite and kept us informed throughout, clean - tidy worker

The only gripe I had was that I had to chase after the estimated start date paused and received no contact from the company

New windows and door. Taking out old windows and door and replacing with new double glazed ones. Work carried out to a very high standard. House is old and windows were horrid brilliant still involved in getting old ones out and new ones in. Professional, polite, courteous, friendly, punctual and exceptionally clean. So impressed by their skill and neighbours have commented on how great a j ob they have done. Felt very happy to have them in our home.

Replacement front door

A new composite backdoor and two turtles composite doors and one window to our workshop and garage. Very happy with our service from SSEG. Slight issues with getting in contact with them in the first instance but after that all has been good.
