This was simply an outstanding experience in every respect. The initial sales conversation was excellent with no haggling over the price. The follow-up visit by the surveyor was fabulous, leaving us with an absolute confidence in the supplies we had selected. At our request, they agreed an installation target of 10-12 weeks. We called at 8 weeks and said we were good to go, and four days later they arrived and did the whole job (two new doors) in a little over half a day. My one visit to their office was a joy. Such a friendly team. I could have stayed all day. Would I recommend them to others? Assuredly!

From start to finish SSGE were very friendly and professional, no pressure selling, great team who installed the door, polite, friendly and cleaned up afterwards.

Really pleased with our dealings with SSGE. The salesman, Andy, was so helpful, didn't push the sale onto us, very friendly guy. The surveyor too was extremely helpful in fact he mended our old door so that we were able to lock it - reason why we're getting a new one! The fitters were very efficient and left the door and surround immaculate.

Although the planning stage took quite some time due to changes in building regs and the like, once the work started it was done in a timely manner, the guys were polite and approachable. All questions answered and problems put right without question (change of glass in windows to obscure as planned).

We have a new porch, replacement windows and they replaced the glass in my conservatory and put on a Leka roof. Andrew, the rep is punctual, and takes time to answer all questions. The workmen are polite, knowledgeable and work well. They clean up. Office staff are polite and efficient. A delay in start date. Any faults are quickly dealt with.
