Roof maintenance and repair of 3 valleys. This man was very organised caring and professional. He has done an excellent job and I will not hesitate to use him again.

Repairs to slate roof. Finally a trader who has restored our faith in human nature! After much experience of being pleased. Pete’s work was 1st rate, he helped us out at short notice, was punctual & efficient, friendly & courteous & his charges were very modest.

Further repairs to a single pitch roof with lead being sealed with silicone sealer to prevent rain entering under it. Peter Futter has been doing roof work for approx 10 years. I know him well, respect his discussion before he started work, I know he has 40 years of roofing experience & is straight forward in everything he does & charges for.

Removed roof tiles to look for source of leak in ceiling of bedroom. Replaced damaged felt & replaced tiles. Friendly, competent & efficient.

Replacing all ridge on main roof in 3-1 sand cement mix, repair slates at front roof also repair frost damaged tiled at back roof and renew felt at eaves on back of roof. Supply scaffold. I found Peter very efficient and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend him to other people. He carried out the work quickly and on schedule and left everything neat and tidy. I would use Peter again if needed without any hesitation.

Replace one tile on roof, realign 2 tiles, adjust tiles moved by birds, check loft for any water damage. Mr. Futter came within 24hr of my phone call as he realised the continuous heavy rain could cause damage to my loft through the gap where the tile was dislodged. He was efficient, pleasant and courteous and most importantly very trustworthy.
