I thank you for work and tea. It was a pleasure dealing with this firm, response time and ease of amazing an appointment were very good. Unfortunately the outcome we wanted - a watertight roof space - did not materialise, as further repair is required. Just a bit of bad luck really - it's an awkward location to fix.
