To strip felt down around tile vent, then seal tile vent. I thank you for work and tea. The Futter was quick to come to see the problem and was able to do a repair on the day. He is very courteous and pleasant, and I would certainly contact him in future if a similar building repair was needed.

I called Mr Futter on the Wednesday of this week he came on the Thursday and gave me a quote for the job and then completed the work on the Friday of the same week.
